The room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. Thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely planning to come back.

I was part of an organized tour so did not choose this hotel. When I arrived the air conditioning was turned off and the outside temperature was in the high 30's. The room was like an oven. The only person working in the hotel was on Reception and although - she tried to help me nothing worked. I had to open the window at night and hope for the best. It was finally fixed the following day. The room was tiny. There was a fridge installed at the end of the bed but it was impossible to open the door of the fridge because the end of the bed was jammed up against it!! How stupid! Why have a fridge if you can't open the door. The breakfast was very very poor. It was help yourself but there seemed to be nobody coming in to replenish the food ie. bread ran out but nobody came and filled it up. The only choice of coffee was instant. Very little choice and of poor quality. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. BTW - there were notices on the window claiming that there were services such as massages and saunas. When I asked i was told that they had stopped doing them - Again - why hadn't these notices been removed. The whole place needed someone to get a grip everything is done on the cheap.

The hotel looks ok on the surface, but there are actually many issues. Firstly, I stayed there for 4 nights, one door of the shower was missing, yet no one did anything to try to fix it, so every time when I shower, the water splashes everywhere. Secondly, the curtains are not ”blackout”, so for someone very sensitive to light like me struggle to sleep here. ”Blackout curtains”aren't that expensive, it is expected in any modern hotel nowadays. Thirdly, I didn't have any problems with the taxis in Sarajevo previously, but the one called by the hotel tried to scam me by not using meter, I wonder how much commission the front desk girl is making from coordinating with these scammers to trick guests staying at this hotel. Further, the breakfast is very simple, the only hot food was fried egg, I would expect any reputable hotel will also be at least serving sausages and beacons or smoke salmon, perhaps that's cost cutting measures.

Impressive room for myself, with two televisions, living room, bathroom and double bed... Full of cushions and duvets for a family. Buffet breakfast, very good...there is a terrace that almost goes around the building to have breakfast outside (not the case, in April - 2 below zero). It is 5 minutes from the old town of Sarajevo, on a tremendously commercial street, meters from several museums. Ahh. I really recommend this hotel. The room is very clean and well heated. It is also equipped with air conditioning. It is suitable for multiple people to stay together. The room is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and utensils. We stayed in Sarajevo for two nights. It is also convenient to walk to the old town.
