The people can’t do enough to help you, food and choice is excellent. Loads of activities throughout the day for everyone.

Booked through loveholiday for my family. Overall was not a great experience with the hotel as the staff were bit rude and to be honest did not like the room as it was dirty on arrival had to call the stuff to co.e and clean. Food was good not excellent atmosphere was good pools were nice Overall was decent experience. Loveholiday had send a guide (Deniz liksoy) who came over an explain everything so nicely and kept on asking how was the stay and if we were fine or do we need anything else. We booked few packages with them jeep safari, rafting and hamam . Jeep safari was great experience with the kids they really loved it. We did the water fight and the boat ride was great it was worth going on. We went for rafting Deniz had booked with the person named Mustafa he was the guide for our rafting our my kids loved it . Lastly we had booked hamam. Experience for this was not great as I was been told that it will be only for ladies but unfortunately it was not what i was been told even the massage was not great at all it seems that they were in rush even man were coming in and out continues they did all the service in a rush as they wanted to get rid of us . Deniz was a great guide explain everything he explain so well and gave a great packages regarding going out ... I would highly recommend Deniz as a guide . Thank you loveholiday for your service.

If you want to spend good time with your children and family this hotel is iDeal. Music every day. Exting. Many people. I think more 1000 person that good for children. Airco was perfect. Internet was good everywhere. Location is far. You need taxi to go to side 26 km and 40 to alanya. Food it is ok. Almost the same exery day. Must be beter for 5 star hotel. Breakfast is beter than all of them.

It was a fantastic experience with great staff and great cuisine options. From the water slides to people around it was a sensational trip and I highly recommend booking a trip here.

The food was great. The splash park was very big and never got boring throughout the whole trip. The staff were very friendly and kind even with the language barrier. The hotel itself was very glamorous and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The pools were very spacious and clean even with all the many guests.

The restaurant staff did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. Additionally, when I requested assistance in the amphitheater to clean up a spilled area, my inquiry was completely ignored. No one came to help, and I ended up standing throughout the entire show. My cigarettes were stolen by personnel when i moved from one number to another one. My AirPods 3 were stolen on the second day of my stay at the hotel. The loss was discovered on the fourth day when I checked the “Find My” app. I reported the incident to the hotel, but the Guest Relations team never followed up with me after my initial call. Only on the last day, while I was waiting for the airport transfer bus, I approached the Guest Relations staff myself to ask whether the police had been contacted, as mentioned during our last conversation. The response was dismissive, almost as if a teacher were asking a student whether they had done their homework. It was extremely unprofessional. I then had a discussion with the head of security—an elderly man—which took additional time, as I had to explain what AirPods are. Eventually, they told me I needed to be present when the police arrived. Seriously? The hotel had three full days to act, but it seemed like they expected me to just be patient and tolerate the situation.
