This hotel is definitely not a 5* hotel at all,3* maximum at a push.we arrived from 17 th until 24 October 2024, we booked 2 rooms and requested one room be a wheelchair accessible room as my wife is a wheelchair user.we were given a room on the fifth floor which had a nice view of the pool area and sea view, with a double and single bed in it.the room wasn’t a wheelchair accessible room,we had 2 drinking glasses in the bathroom and 2 in the bedroom , none of these could be used as they were all dirty. The bed sheet on the bed wasn’t big enough to cover the mattress , the bin in the bathroom was filthy.and the shower tray was also filthy.nice size balcony, but had two swallow bird nests in it, with birds coming and going.bed base lining was torn and hanging down underneath, and floor filthy under beds, obviously not being moved if cleaning room.we contacted reception requesting a wheelchair accessible room, and were offered a room on the ground floor, at the back of the building, overlooking a car park.and the room only had single beds in it,(Mountain View room it was described to us as)apparently all wheelchair accessible rooms are at the rear of the building, none with pool/sea views.we decided to stay in the original room as it had a better view, but my wives wheelchair wouldn’t fit into the bathroom as the door wasn’t wide enough,so had to use the wheelchair bathrooms downstairs.the lack of a ramp entrance on any of the pools really lets it down,as there was no way for disabled guests to use any of the pools at all., there are numerous step entrances and ladders into the pools.access to the beach for wheelchair user is by using a wheelchair lift on the rhs stairs.we planned a day at the beach midway through our stay, but the wheelchair lift broke down half way up the stairs, and wouldnt go up or down. My wife was stuck on the lift for over a half an hour, while two engineers tried to get it going again, eventually they managed to get the lift to the bottom of the stairs again, so we couldn’t go to the beach at all, they told us it would be fixed in two hours, this didn’t happen, so we never got to the beach afterwards.buffet was very busy, with no organisation at all,you couldn’t class any of the food as hot food, as it was cold when you eventually sat down to eat it,the only food you could say was hot was the soups. Menus didn’t change much at all throughout our stay.it took me three attempts to get a second keycard for the room from reception,so I could leave my wife in the room without the power switching off immediately because if i left the room with the key it was power off.lack of attention to cleanliness really does let it down.

We had visited this hotel in September 2023 and decided to book again for this year, September 2024. Our room was a family room located on the first floor. We arrived late in the evening and first impressions were good of the hotel. We when got to our room we were greeted opposite our door with a window ledge full of glasses and dirty plates, which remained in the window ledge for our entire stay. The family room was clean on first appearance. We had a duplex room with the second bedroom being located downstairs, a couple of the stairs were loose and there was as no hand rail for the stairs, which in my opinion made the stairs unsafe. My children were teenagers but it would definitely be hazardous for smaller children. The bathroom shower unit had black mould around it and not in the best condition. When the cleaners came and ‘cleaned’our room, the beds were not made, the mini bar was not filled, nor was the floor swept or mopped. The pool area was always clean and tidy, getting a sunbed wasn’t a problem. Bar staff and restaurant staff were always friendly and happy to help. I feel that hotel is more catered to Russian and Turkish guests. This hotel is very remote with nothing around it, visits to shops or restaurants is by taxi or the Dolmus. In my opinion the hotel has gone down hill since last year and I would not recommend this hotel, due to the cleanliness of the rooms. We have stayed in other Crystal hotels in Turkey that have been a lot better than this

After travelling all day we arrived at this hotel at around 10.30 pm Check in was OK and we were told there was a 24 hour eatery of we were hungry. .. if you like warm to cold greasy grey looking food you'll be happy ... curled up sandwiches, cold fries, limp salad, greasy burgers ... we passed on this. Room on 4th floor, getting a lift took a while as they're permanently on a go slow. Room was OK, overlooked the pools. Make sure you keep your balcony door closed as it's noisy even during early hours as that's when the maintenance is carried out? Air con only kicks in when the door is shut too ... if you can call it that! There is a constant wiff of poo in the rooms ... not sure why but it's not nice. Bed was very uncomfortable for me and woke up every morning in agony. When the room was cleaned/ bedding changed it was a drama trying to explain what a sheet is. In the end, we gave up and made do with a duvet cover instead! The main food area is like a cattle market, everyone vieing for a table and pushing and shoving round the 'warm plates'. Food is mediocre and warm, not hot, and sometimes even cold! The choice of food is catered towards the Russians who eat it in copious amounts, so get in fast. There are several feral cats around the hotel, walking in and around the dining hall, even jumping up on to the serving plates where the food is!! Not sure this is in the food health and safety directive?? Staff were mainly rude and ignorant towards women (but it could just have been English women?) and I had to assert myself on several occasions when queuing for a drink as the male bar staff preferred to serve a 'matey' of Russian persuasion... got a few nasty looks too! The beach is just a stones throw but beware ... you'll need swim shoes as the sand is lava hot and at the waters edge it's sharp shingle There is a food area but again it's mediocre food and there's no spirits, only beer or soft drinks Toilet facilities are OK, mostly clean but toilet paper is to be put in a bin at the side of the toilet so you can imagine the whiff! Staff are on the go all the time clearing up around the pool area The sun loungers round the pool are plenty and very comfortable but the ones on the beach aren't ... you may need a cushion to lie on! The main language spoken is Turkish and Russian so good luck finding anyone who speaks English ... Google translate is handy. All staff in all areas are on their phones all the time, even whilst serving and walking around the complex If you're a non-smoker, good luck! It seems everyone smokes in this hotel, everywhere, even in no smoking areas ... (including staff) no one adheres to the rules, and staff don't bother to enforce them either. There is a spa, but again, beware they're just after your money and to buy extras... eg. it's 70€ for a 45 min massage carried out by 'professional masseur with 30 years experience' aka 'chartered surveyor' with no experience, over from Bali forced to work 1

Crystal Admiral Hotel in Turkey offers a delightful experience with some minor drawbacks. The food is a highlight, featuring a diverse array of delicious options that cater to various tastes. The entertainment team deserves special praise – the animators are energetic and engaging, while the show programs provide excellent evening entertainment for guests of all ages. The hotel's cleanliness is noteworthy, with well-maintained rooms and public areas that contribute to a comfortable stay. The staff generally ensures a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. However, there was one significant disappointment: despite being advertised in the booking, the hotel does not have a tennis court. This discrepancy between the promised amenities and reality is frustrating for tennis enthusiasts who may have chosen this hotel specifically for this feature. Despite this setback, the overall experience at Crystal Admiral is positive. The combination of great food, entertaining activities, and a clean environment makes it a solid choice for a Turkish getaway. Just be aware that you won't be able to practice your backhand during your stay!

Huge Holiday factory (almost 900 rooms) where you reach your daily 10.000 steps in no time. Very suitable for families with kids. Hotel is not 5 star, as rooms and interiors are outdated. Lifts are also very slow and trafficed. There is no Hotel book in the room, so you can't know the "rules" for example only 1 booking to a la carte and then you need to pay etc. Buffet food is ok, but not superior. You can still find foods you like and we were never hungry. Water bottles were available in many places and also bars to get other beverages. Staff is friendly and friendly. There is not much to see and do around the Hotel, so we stayed in all the time. Lots of Sun, Sea & Pool. There is a safe underpass to Beach and no need to cross that busy highway. At the Beach there are good Toilets, which is a great plus. Beach sand could be cleaner, but the staff is regularly picking trash and trying their best to maintain. Food and beverages are served at the Beach, so you can stay longer. Pool is nice and big and divided in 2 parts. Sunbeds are very cramped, but in the afternoon it was easy to get one in September. The Arena has shows every night, but information board is missing start time. We enjoyed dance shows very much, but the Dj's not. We went to see what' in the Spa and got a proper introduction and sales speach to book Hamam experience, but skipped this time.

Pillows stink, rooms are old. Bathroom contain mold. Food is disgusting, hallways are slimy and sticky, not cleaned properly. 1000s of people everywhere all the time. Garbage everywhere. All good reviews are paid or written by staff. This is 2* at best.

If you are used to an actual 5star hotel steer clear. If you just want to tell people you are going to 5star hotel in turkey, this might be one for you. The rooms are filthy and dated. Unable to move because the hotel was full. Entertainment team don’t really bother with English and look like they would rather be somewhere else. Buffet dining hall is a dirty shambles serving the same every meal time every day. The patisserie is decent but the floor is extremely slippy. We went to the Mexican restaurant and Turkish, i enjoyed both of these. The pool is ok but sunbed situation is disgusting. Majority of people set up their towels for the week and dont move them at all. Also we took our 17 and 15 yo who both had their phone taken by staff to write a 5 star review. So please don’t come here thinking the high reviews are real.

Just returned from a weeks stay with family . I have mixed reviews about this place . Overall we had a good holiday. The staff try their hardest to make it pleasant for you. Lots of food venues, 24/7 food and drinks. Lots of people pushing in queues was really annoying and they were rude to bar staff never a please or thank you. Turkish spa which we visited was an experience but they tried to sell you more stuff afterwards and felt a little uncomfortable mainly due to the language barrier which we found was difficult throughout our whole experience including reception. Huge shop with everything u may need , hated going in there as staff would follow u everywhere which made me feel uncomfortable, I get they don’t want people stealing but it left me feeling like a criminal within the first few seconds so I decided not to visit again. Late night disco states 16 years and over entry, but yet my son who’s 16 was refused entry trying to explain this to the staff was impossible. Evening entertainment shows were good and lots of effort put in. Plenty of sun beds however mostly all covered over in shade, as a sun lover I found this annoying trying to find a bed I could catch some sun: Hotel staff will continue to work around u with put up shading sheets, drilling etc. Hotel rooms are very dated, beds need replacing . Main hotel restaurant was poor we only ate there in the evenings and found it the same food every single night and struggled to enjoy what they had . A la carte was tasty but no where near enough to feed the 5 of us didn’t bother with the rest of the restaurants afterwards. Kids loved the cakes and ice creams.Kids enjoyed the slides . One of the slides was shut the whole week not to sure why. We would definitely return back to turkey again at some point returned from a week at this hotel. Beach was anything special . Constantly bombarded with water sports guys trying to sell you boat trips etc.
