It's okay for its price. The tall, dark-skinned friend working at the bar, whose name I did not learn, responded very casually and said, "I can make any cocktail I want, but I don't feel like making it." Then, when we made it harder, he said it wasn't on the menu anyway, but he could have said this in a polite way. Well done to the other employees, especially Bektaş Veli, he met all our requests as best he could ***et was fun and friendly.

Terrible hotel. Not recommending coming to anyone!! In reception no one is talking in English, air conditioner is not working, half things in the hotel is not working, “snack bar” is just a soup leftovers. No one want to help you. Room quality is terrible, furniture in the room is old, broken, terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

A great stay was had at Amelia resort The staff were welcoming on arrival and helped us get settled in very quickly. The food was very varied and of excellent quality. Our room was spacious and very clean and the housekeeping kept it that way. Beautiful location and plenty of beds located around the pool and beach. Hotel staff organised some days out sightseeing and we had a great time. Definitely recommend the resort and will return.

This is NOT in anyway a 5 start hotel and not welcoming to English. The experience we had as a family of 6 was awful, we where stolen from, from our own Room by the cleaners and when trying to confront the cleaners they ran away, we immediately rang front desk and was told the manager would be with us soon, he never showed, so we went to the lobby where we where palmed of to a random woman sitting at a desk who told us to write a written story of event and was no help at all apart from being complete and utterly RUDE. Hardly any of the staff speak English, you have to pay for your wifi that doesn’t even reach to your room. the trips we booked we Where sold a dream and in reality, they where Awful. every time we where waiting outside like advised to do, we where there for an hour every time in boiling heat and 2 times they forgot about us and we had some random people coming to get us in cars instead of the busses like we where told. A trip they said would only take half an hour to get to was in-fact 2 hours which we noticed on every trip we went on, do not believe there time always add an extra half an hour or an hour to what they have told you. But most IMPORTANTLY and the most Disturbing experience was when the manager came to have a night at the hotel he was treated like complete royalty with security but he had accumulated a lady friend who was a lady on holiday at that hotel and was very drunk and quite clearly had no control over herself and to watch this manager touching her and feeding her with more and more alcohol was disgusting. when people where dancing with the activity team they formed a circle where the manager then dragged this lady in the middle of to dance with him while members of his security grabbed bottles of (something) and sprayed them, this woman then done no more then fell on the wet floor caused by the drink and shortly after that the manager quickly left with this woman with his security team and I can only hope that nothing happened to this poor intoxicated woman who quite clearly had no clue of what was happening. This holiday was the worst experience and I can only hope that others read this and avoid having the same experience.

I have visited Turkey many times, and I must say that this hotel falls short of the typical Turkish 5-star standard. The previous negative reviews are accurate. The hotel appears outdated, understaffed, and the breakfast is subpar, lacking variety and warmth. Moreover, they could significantly improve the upkeep of the beach area, among other things. In essence, this hotel should, at best, be classified as a 4-star establishment. However, due to staff shortages and their reluctance to meet customer needs, it barely deserves that rating. I would rate it closer to 3 stars. The two ladies responsible for providing daily activities in the kids' club seem unwilling to do their job. First of all they do not announce their facility during the day. It is usually a custom practise that animators introduce themselves along with informing guests of the activities and make some chit chat. But not in this hotel. After just one visit, we realised why guests avoid this facility during the day. The two Russian lady animators make you and your child feel unwelcome, making it undesirable for your child to spend time in their company. Throughout the day, there are no animation activities offered to guests on the beach. The hotel's in-house animators are supposed to promote volleyball and bocce twice a day, but despite my frequent requests to both the animator manager and guest relations manager, the two Turkish animators (a lady and a boy, who are always together) responsible for beach activities fail to provide the planned activities. Instead, they seem to prefer playing with their phones around the pool area without announcing the scheduled activities on the hotel's timetable. I am not sure why the hotel is paying them wages. The kids' amenities, like the little theme park, have not been operational for many years. The so-called zoo is nothing more than a cattle shed and not really intended for guests to visit. The breakfast food is consistently cold and lacks variety. The majority of guests are not British but primarily East Europeans, with some Germans and Russians. It's important to note that the hotel is situated in a remote location. Keep this in mind if you enjoy going for walks or, more importantly, if there's a problem with airport transfers. The beach can be treacherous due to numerous underwater stones along the shoreline. It's advisable to wear swim shoes and exercise caution. On a positive note, the food during lunch and dinner is acceptable, as is the quality of the alcohol. Given the low cost of the hotel, it's essential not to have high expectations.

We have spent our vacation in this hotel, very nice environment, friendly workers, interesting local dishes, a lot of kinds of cheese, tasty vegetables and fruits, all-inclusive bars, clean bathrooms, mini-bar inside the room is free. Bar on the beach is fantastic, tasty juices, full access to cold mineral water, a lot of deckchairs, every Friday the workers organize a really great dinner in a national style with a lot of tasty dishes, with a lot of music, flags, balloons, smiles, that gives you positive mood and emotions. The animators are very friendly, active and funny, during a day guests can participate in aqua-aerobic classes, play water polo. This place is a best decision for a 100% relax.  Everything about the hotel itself (room, food, service, cleanless, hospitality, swimming pool, sea, beach) is super, but the "objects" around on the territory of hotel is another story:  1. Spa on the territory of hotel does not deserve a positive opinion, because after the massage session the workers are creating stories about different illnesses and deadliest diseases, you get such "diagnosis" at the moment and the only way to be rapidly cured is to accept another massage for 80 EUR.  2. Be attentive also with additional entertainments on the territory of hotel, for example picture with camels, you are not even asked and informed about the price, they just make you any random pictures with the animal and then in a rude way ask to pay them around 20 EUR.  3. NOW IMPORTANT: Dear administrative of hotel, you have a really very good conditions for vacations, families, elder people, young couples, I have just one appeal to you - Please cure the sick ginger kitten on your territory who has problems with his left eye and global health, he is very weak. This kitten lives close to the bathrooms from the side of the swimming pool. This poor animal needs to be cured by any specialist. Please help to this ginger tender kitten to survive.

Fantastic hotel! There are so many bad reviews for this hotel from Brits that we were really worried about going. BUT! The hotel is brilliant, staff are friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful, we had two balcony’s with sea views from both (room 1410). Our room was clean and spacious, mini bar was refilled each day and fresh towels and bedding at our request. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good, always lots of fresh fruit, deserts were outstanding and there was always something for us all to eat, my son especially liked trying all the different meats! The Turkey celebration night was amazing, decorations everywhere and everyone celebrating! Entertainment was great, always something going on, my husband and son played darts, we joined the foam party, watched a magician and had a great party night with inflatables, lights and DJ’s. The slides were great fun for my 8 year old son and the pools were lovely. We did on a few occasions claim a sun lounger early morning so we got a good spot at the side of the main pools but when we slept later there was always loungers at the slide pool which was quieter than the main pool. The grounds are beautiful, well manicured lawns, beautiful flowers, palm trees, lime trees and more. The tennis and basketball pitches are fabulous and the camels are adorable! The walk to the private beach is perfect and we ate at the beach snack bar on a few occasions, there were always chips butties, burgers, pasta and salad available. There were always loungers available on the beach and my son had a great time jumping off the pier into the sea! My advice if visiting this hotel or this part of Turkey is to take Euros as it is the preferred currency and be kind! Giving tips and saying please and thank you goes a long way and is much appreciated by bar staff, cleaners and waiters!
