I checked into the hotel and got a room that didn't have a balcony and when I opened the window I looked out and the view was of a stone block as you can see in the picture. I went down to the reception and wanted them to change our room and was told by my daughter that you get what you pay for and mine was an economy package. I found another hotel the day after we were supposed to stay at this hotel for 5 days. I have requested a refund for the 4 days we didn't stay but haven't received it. I was told by the staff and the booking office is not willing to pay. I will now file a complaint and see how this ends.

Mainly for the food. Food quality and variety is very very poor. Most nights its the same food Looks like it was reheated. Lunch is just horrible

The hotel was generally good, but its location was remote. Other than that, everything was excellent, including the cleanliness and food, and we were pleased. We also had a wonderful day thanks to the animation team's activities. We'd like to thank Ahmet, Muharrem, Onur, and Ikra from the animation team for this.

Hello dear friends! Tbh everything about this hotel is pretty good Even though i was doing vacation i never bored here we Do different games and events every other sec its actually impressive Top of that foods had bunch of options and they were delicious rooms were clean pool was massive So what else?! 🥲🤣 Highly reccomended 😄

This hotel gets extremely bad press, we are just back from a wonderful stay. The staff are warm and welcoming, rooms big and clean. Yes, we had to pay for internet and the safe, as we do with many other five star hotels we have resided at. Food was great, not a massive choice but we always found something appealing to eat. Cocktails were amazing. Clean pool, with plenty of sun-beds. Staff make every effort with the children too. Yes, the hotel is rural, but you know this ahead of booking when checking on Google maps. The only negative we would note is that the air con in communal areas could be improved, no comfortable at night when enjoying a drink and family time. Would recommend this hotel.

HOTEL HAS NO INTERNET, £13 FOR ONE WEEK, LOBBY HAS INTERNET VERY POOR, AC UNIT NONE EXISTING IN LOUNGE OR CORRIDOR SAFE BOX IS NOT FREE IN YOUR ROOM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, NO SHOPS AROUND IT, FOOD TIMES ARE POOR, GETTING A TOWEL WAS BAD EXPERIENCE AS WE SLEPT TILL MIDDAY ATE THEN WENT TO POOL BUT THE GUY KEPT SAYING YOU JABE TO COME 9-11 ONLY OTHERWISE YOU CANT GET ANY, FOOD WAS OK, POOL BAR ENDED WAY TOO SOON AFTER HOURS FOOD NONE EXISTENT, SOUP AND BREAD AND ITS LEFT OBER SOUP FROM LUNCH AND DINNER....TOTAL SCAM SHOULD BE A 3 STAR AT MAX.

During our stay in Turkey, we were lucky to meet Ahmet from the animation team. From the very first day, he made us feel welcome and part of the fun. His energy, positivity, and sense of humor lit up every activity, whether it was pool games, evening shows, or simply chatting with guests. What really stood out was how genuinely he cared about making sure everyone kids, adults, and families was having a great time.

is was such a wonderful experience, the staff was nice, fun activities, and everything was clean. i enjoyed the 1,5 week here so much and i recommend it really much. the animation team was very nice and had very much and fun activities
