Stayed here for two nights. Had stayed before in the “old town” area of Bergamo which was lovely. This area would be considered “run down”. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for coffee shops, restaurants etc. Previous reviews commented how welcoming, friendly, helpful etc the reception staff were but I didn’t get that experience. Reception area is right inside the door so it can be crowded arriving and leaving with luggage, prams etc. Room was adequately spaced. Could have been given extra towels (three for a single room is basic), also needed a fridge and water glasses etc in the room. Floors could have been hoovered so make sure you wear slippers (not included in the room)! Didn’t include breakfast in my stay and glad I didn’t cos the selection looked limited. This hotel is fine for a short stay but perhaps look elsewhere if staying for longer.

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

Awesome scenery, the room size is small. It is difficult to pass after opening the big box. The hotel is building a new swimming pool. Because it is difficult to go to other places to eat, dinner is expensive.

Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. I was in this building for only one night, but we were very good. The rooms are clean and suitable, and the breakfast, international and Italian, is good and abundant. The structure is new and there is a gym and a restaurant (which we have not experienced, so I can't evaluate). A tip: I think the bar is better provided inside, we thought we had a snack but there was little variety. Since there are not many bars nearby, it would be nice to have this opportunity in the hotel

The standard room is a perfect solution and with a fair price to spend a night in Bergamo in the centre. The structure is quiet, the room is clean. The furniture is modern and sober, the bathroom is spacious. The room had the best coffee and pot machine, Illy, water and tisane.
