This hotel is amazing the architecture and furniture are NICE BUT Manager from the hotel was unwelcoming when I would like to asked her something about the SPA.after my check out she's was better and smiling, maybe the English is a big issues in Italy

The hotel is brand new and the decor is stunning! The suite we stayed in even had a colour therapy shower! The staff could not be more welcoming. We had a magical weekend in this place, which now holds a special place in our hearts ♥️

Only used the Spa service. But it was enough to understand how much they care about their guests. Beautiful place, relaxing spa program thanks to the atmosphere created, kind and polite staff, clean changing rooms. Definitely worth doing again

Scrivo questa recensione affinché possa aiutare gli ospiti successivi ad avere maggiori delucidazioni. Ci siamo recati in questa struttura scoperta su Instagram con molto entusiasmo e con aspettare molto alte. Purtroppo ci siamo subito ricreduti, perché nonostante il nostro tono non fosse alto anzi stavamo ben attenti a non disturbare le altre coppie dato che in eravamo circa 5/6 coppie in un ambiente veramente stretto e per niente riservato, siamo stati ripresi tante volte da una ragazza che veniva sempre a richiamarci, essendo tutte coppie con figli lasciati a scuola/casa o con baby sitter pur di ritagliarci 2 ore per noi abbiamo lasciato il cellulare con suoneria nel caso fosse successo qualcosa, ma dopo il primo squillo è arrivato l'ennesimo richiamo. In 2 ore di spa, mentre eravamo in idromassaggio abbiamo avuto perennemente davanti una ragazza che puliva la porta di vetro della stanza del sale, io capisco la pulizia ma non mentre ci sono ospiti. Come se non bastasse, a fine percorso mentre andavamo a fare la doccia noi ragazze con il costume intero ci siamo ritrovate con il costume pieno di sporcizia. Questo è il racconto della nostra esperienza, adesso valutate voi se prenotare o meno.

Abbiamo fatto il percorso spa con un gruppo di amiche, siamo state splendidamente bene. Relax unico, posto magico e suggestivo e la ciliegina sulla torta sono le ragazze che ci hanno fatto i massaggi, Arianna e Rita, due grandissime professioniste. Torneremo sicuramente.

Appena arrivati mi è crollato un mito! Puzza di fogna nello spogliatoio maschile. NESSUN RELAX, non è una spa privata, ma CONDIVISA. Ed oggi eravamo topo in geriatria. Dopo mezz'ora siamo fuggiti. Claustrofobico, un buco e pure condivisa, senza privacy. Mai più. Soldi buttati.
