One of the worst hotels I have ever lived in, I do not recommend it to anyone, they do not provide service for the money you pay, the employees are very rude, the rooms smell very bad and dirty
I could not sleep at night because of the pillow smell, the carpet is dirty, the walls are dirty
They asked for a deposit of 15,000 TL for the minibar, we did not pay either, the rude people emptied the minibar, it is ridiculous
Their food is never good
They take money for nothing because it is for Marc, the service is zero in return. We had made a reservation for four nights but we left the hotel on the first day, it is that bad, do not believe this hotel
