Love this hotel so much!!!!! Even though it’s not at the centre, they provide shuttle tuk tuk and it works till 19:00. It’s a chill and relaxing place for you to space your holiday in Cefalù!!!!!!!! Lovely swimming pool~ you can enjoy your breakfast with a lovely view as well. Staff are very friendly~

The stay was awesome, staff all friendly and helpful, great vibe beautiful scenery. The food at restaurant was delicious, restaurant staff are funny and hilarious that can make your time spending there more happier!

The hotel with the worst service on this trip to Sicily, bar none! ! ! 😡😡😡 We booked the hotel based on the Ctrip review score. This hotel is an adults-only hotel, but this information is not marked on the Ctrip booking page (normally, adults-only hotels will have a title marked, but this hotel did not). When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the hotel regulations are for adults only and children are not allowed to stay. However, if you book two rooms, children are allowed to stay. The hotel’s statements were inconsistent. Isn’t this obviously forced selling? Why are two rooms okay? There are three of us, two adults and one child. Why do we have to book an extra room for a three-year-old child? In the end, we didn’t stay in the hotel and the money was not refunded. We negotiated a refund with Ctrip, but the merchant also refused to refund. Ctrip has no ability to communicate with merchants. This was the worst experience booking a room on Ctrip.

Idyllic setting above the town, v chilled vibe, all staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, we loved the pool area, which did good drinks and bar food at lunchtime, everything is clean and well maintained , bedroom had a lovely balcony - perfect for a glass of wine, and complementary products were a nice touch. Good coffee at breakfast and nice to eat under the olive trees, onsite restaurant was good and a great option if you don’t want to venture into town. We loved the tuk tuk into town and back great fun

We have just come back ftom a 3 night stay at this lovely villa hotel. The setting and views to the coast and sea ftom this hotel is beautiful and quiet location being locwted in the hills on the outskirts of cefalu ❤. Staff were all extremely welcoming and accommodating and couldnt do enough to make our stay the best experience ❤. As we paid a bit extra for a superior room it would have been nice to have received a room on the top floor but our room was however very nice ❤. Breakfast was lovely and setting for breakfast outside amongst the olive and lemon trees and the lovely views was really nice. The pool was really nice with stunning views of the sea and coast line and was nice to have a pool bar too to enjoy drinks. We had dinner one our evenings with friends at the restaurant which had a michelin starred chef and the food and attentive service by the waiter and chef was amazing as was the wine and prices not too expensive for the beautiful setting looking over the coast and sea❤. Location is a 15 minute walk down hill to town but a 30 minute walk up hill but there is a free tuk tuk service running every day between 10am-1pm and 3pm -7pm which is a nice added bonus . Thank you to all the staff for such an amazing stay and making our stay very special with your excellent and attentive service ❤

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Villa Totò and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and it’s the perfect place to unwind while visiting Cefalù. The location is ideal – just a short walk or tuk tuk ride into the town centre, so you can easily enjoy everything the area has to offer while still having a peaceful retreat to return to. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which was a great spot to relax after exploring the town. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, Il Cappero – the food was delicious and made for a lovely evening when we chose to stay in. Overall, Villa Totò exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re planning a visit to Cefalù, this is the perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Toto! Incredibly nice people, Gianpaulo and his entire staff are fantastic,comfortable room , great view and fabulous restaurant, we had our best meal in Sicily and that is saying a lot because we have had many delicious meals on this trip! Michael and Elisa
