This is supposed to be a five star hotel yet they charge for even a paddle board for one hour and bicycles? In my opinion, this should be included in the price. During turn down service the bed was not made, there is only one bottle water for the day for two people. Do NOT get a room without a porch area, it feels like you’re in a dark box otherwise (these rooms shouldn’t even exist at a five star hotel). Most of the wait staff we’re nice and eager to help. The breakfast was very good and lunch at the Reef was also very good. The location and the property itself is beautiful, if they can just fix these few things it would make it so much better.

f you are searching for one of the finest resorts in Sicily you have found it here at Le Calette. This is not a onetime review as I have been their guest for a week every year since 2019. Their physical facilities are technologically modern. The grounds are impeccably kept. All public guest areas are spotless. The rooms and suites are spacious with the most comfortable beds, pillows and thread counts. The natural ambience is stunning. The grounds cover a great expanse of natural beauty from the exterior breakfast (which is amazing) and evening dining area at Cala Luna to the pathways that lead to private coves and the private outdoor massage area overlooking the cove with the majestic cliffs and rock formations reaching from the sea. The private “Reef Club” with comfortable day beds on an elevated deck will give you the feeling you are on a Mediterranean cruise. The staff at this area is incredibly attentive to your needs. The outdoor bar and eating area is the child of an even more complex restaurant built above and into the cliffs that create the cove. They provide an in depth dining and wine menu. The Cala Luna dinner restaurant, outdoor and romantically overlooking the sea, is of Michelin Star quality. The only element which exceeds the high quality management, maitre d and staff is the absolutely remarkable Chef Pandolfo. His intricate creations celebrating Sicily are meals to savor and enjoy in the memories of your finest of dining experiences. He is well deserving of every accolade received to date. A full service spa and wellness area is not to be missed. They provide an endless menu of services to enhance your stay. The pool area is beautiful with full service for dining or drinks. Of course, at the peak of this resort of perfection is a management team with a never ending commitment to your total satisfaction. Treat yourself with a stay at this amazing resort.

Welcoming, comfortable, delicious food and a wonderful resort experience. From the moment you step on the grounds you are transplanted to relaxing paradise. Full amenities offered including a boat ride that shows you a whole new view of Cefalu. The highlight is the food! Try the 5 Star dining at the Outdoor restaurant. You will surpass any prior expectations. The service is impeccable, highlight by Tino! he will do anything for you.The walk to the town is a leisurely 25 minutes. And you go around the mountain, not over it! Derik at Concierge is a terrific resource. Don't hesitate to ask! The rooms are wonderful. What a view of the Palm Trees and the sea! The pool is spectacular. A great place to relax. We had a terrific time and hope our children have their wedding or honeymoon their someday!
