We booked with friends through Booking. The photos published showed decent rooms but instead we found bare rooms that were very spartan and dirty. the bathroom with tub had leaky taps, the tub was dirty and not all electrical outlets worked. There was no wardrobe but a rod with ONLY 2 hangers. the guy who welcomed us seemed annoyed at only having to answer a couple of questions. The only thing that saves us is breakfast. To be avoided

Warning: apartments transformed into a sort of hotel. Single rooms in an apartment t. It looks like a student roommate, perfect when you're 20 years old. No privacy. You can hear everything, the entrances and exits of other travelers, and the rooms are not soundproofed. No parking space guaranteed. Expeditious and cold welcome. Check in and power outage problem. But the staff seems to have no interest in it. It is not their responsibility and customer satisfaction is not their concern. The tourist location of Cefalu, the high demand for accommodation means that it is always full. The rooms have a private bathroom but as it is not possible to put pipes in each room of the apartments, they are chemical bathrooms like in caravans or motorhomes. It's noisy. The terrace is shared with a sea view (it is a balcony) but the rooms overlook the courtyard. It is a kind of building in a housing estate, the establishment has two apartments transformed into shared accommodation. It’s strange, soulless, and the reception is cold.
