We had two rooms at B & B Baronetto for our family of four and we were very pleased with the two night stay we had there. Salvatore & his sister, Maria, are great hosts. As almost all reviews point out, the location is excellent because it's not in the middle of the high foot traffic area, but an easy walk of 10-12 minutes will put you along the water or in the middle of the historic and business area. We were driving around Sicily, so the ability to have off-street parking was a big deal, and we were very thankful for that. The rooms are clean, bathrooms updated, and overall very satisfactory. Breakfast is pretty basic and comparable to most Sicilian B & Bs, but it is well done and gets your day started just fine. Signor Picky and family definitely recommend Baronetto and would definitely stay again when in Cefalu.

Great location just a couple minutes walk to the beach and a few minute walk to the historic center. Welcoming and helpful host who speaks fluent English. Nice and reasonably priced parking available on site. Excellent choice when in Cefalu.

We had the Superior Room with Terrace which was great. We loved the intimate atmosphere of Baronetto B & B, it was in an ideal location with good parking and assistance when arriving. Easy walk to the beach and old town. Salvatore who hosted us was terrific, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. His dining recommendation was so good that we went twice in our two night stay. Great breakfast to start the day also. Highly recommended.

Modern appartment in old building with short walk to the boulevard, and then 'lungomare' a 19 min walk to the village. Very friendly staff. Orchestrated Via whatssapp on the arrival day the owner waited at the building, and helped us park the car behind the building (small oarking spot, like everywhere in Sicily). Nice breakfast and good restaurantvadvice by the host

We had a fantastic stay at the B&B. Salvatore and his family were so welcoming and friendly. The B&B is in an amazing location - four minutes walk to the stunning beach and ten minutes walk to the beautiful historic old town. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The aircon worked perfectly!! The breakfast was delicious and it was always lovely to see Salvatore and his girlfriend each morning! They are such warm and generous people. We feel very lucky to have stayed at Baronetto. It made our trip to Cefalu even more amazing. Cefalu is a wonderful holiday destination with so many great restaurants and beaches. This is gem😊 fantastic spacious room with private balcony. Breakfast is good, all home made. Family owned and the staff were fabulous! All the little touches really made our stay. Before arrival you receive a map of Cefalu with all the best places to eat, see and experience. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Salvatore was a fantastic host, we arrived by car and Salvatore showed us to a private parking place next to the hotel. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars and where to get the sunloungers on the beach for a discounted rate. The room was super clean with a balcony and had everything you need and more - including beach towels, a power bank, cork screw etc. Breakfast was a mixture of cereals, bread, ham and cheese and they even had tea options which we were happy about. Location is 4 minutes to the beach and just a short stroll into Old Town. Highly recommend, thanks Salvatore!

I decide to take a short holiday in Cefalù from 27 August to 2 September, booking Baronetto B&B. What to say? Let's start with the structure: modern located in a strategic area, near the sea and the ancient village can be easily reached on foot. The interiors are treated in every detail, and according to Salvatore's excellent taste. Cleanliness and order reign supreme. Breakfast consisting of savory, sweet (all homemade) and fruit. The artisanal jams made by the host's mother are noteworthy. Salvatore is friendly, helpful, thoughtful, like few others! His tips on places to visit and local places are invaluable. He is assisted by his sister and her partner, who creates precious natural products for body care. (The soaps, lip balms, face and body scrubs, body cream are highly recommended.) I will gladly come back!!!
