Big4 Ceduna Tourist Park

Stayed in Deluxe 2 bedroom on-site unit. Brand new. Beautiful. Separate entrance across the road from caravan park. Units are exceptional. Everything provided you could want for your stay. Supermarket 10mins walk away. Very quiet street.

Best place to stay in Ceduna ...... friendly staff. Nice , clean modern cabins. I always stay there when driving West to East ...as breaks the long journey across the Nullabor plain ... Have been a regular for more than 15 yrs.

Great caravan park. Comfortable and clean. Close to Main Street and beach. Plenty of room in cabin. Had a balcony. Kiosk in office. Not too crowded. Hosts were very nice. Had great weather when we were there. Lovely long jetty . Husband caught some King George Whiting off the jetty.

We were checking in way past their office hours so we called and the guy who took our call was awesome. Paid over the phone and our site details were left in a lock box for us ready on arrival. We have stayed here before so we’re familiar with the caravan park and we will definitely be back. Thanks guys

Had cabin 22 for our 3 night stay. Cabin was very clean but outdated which reflected in the price. Shower was terrible as went from hot to cold. Complained to manager who checked and said nothing was wrong. Impossible to have a decent shower

We booked a $100 powered site and stated we would be charging our car there - as we have done at many other sites. Upon arrival the caretaker / manager gave our car the evil eye and appeared at check in telling us we could charge for a fee up the road (which we already knew); we decided to go ahead with charging at the site. After we had started charging and set up our car tent, unpacked, etc the manager went to our site and unplugged the car citing that he was monitoring the power system, that it was ‘too hot’, the potential for a fire(!) and he had 2 other Teslas previously which had screwed up the system. It was clearly disingenuous that the manager didn’t state car charging was not permitted at check in as he wanted our business and knew we would cancel and go elsewhere if we couldn’t. Very poor attitude and incomplete understanding of EVs, we could have charged at a lower current if there were concerns over the site power system but, at the end of the day, if you are offering a 15A powered site you should have a safe electrical system that can handle this! Obviously we won’t be returning but want to ensure no other EVs have a similar experience… and hopefully make management aware of their poor customer service.
