Friendly and helpful staff. They were friendly even when I kept on insisting that I had already paid for my stay (I was wrong). There is no elevator in hotel but I got help to take up my luggage and down again on check-out without needing to ask. The room is incredibly cosy and spacious. I liked best the roofed balcony where the kettle, tea, coffee were situated. The bathroom was newly refurbished with plenty of complimentary toiletries, adequate water temperature and pressure. Very quiet and serene at night.

Stayed for three nights, very clean, comfortable room, with great shower.Receptionist really helpful. Would recommend, for traditional stay, in older building,location around 20 min walk from the river. Didn’t have breakfast, would have liked more tea/ coffee but am sure if asked would have some. Would recommend

I’ve been traveling around Europe for two weeks and by far, this was the best deal and service I’ve gotten from a hotel! It’s truly family run and the employees will go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you with anything you need - including recommendations around Porto. They maintain the place extremely well, have a cute outdoor terrace, and are available around the clock 24/7. I would recommend this place to any of my family/friends and they deserve a special shout out here too :)

About a mile from the city centre, the Lusitana is comfortable, clean and pleasant. The manageress is helpful and speaks English (although Portuguese is preferred). Breakfast was available if ordered in advance but the Amazonas restaurant nearby looked after us. There is a large student population in the area so some of the bars are very good value.

Hotel vecchio stile a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Zona tranquilla e con diversi bar e ristoranti in zona. L'hotel è un po troppo datato, ma è pulito. Note negative: moquette ovunque e senza ascensore (che con una valigia da 20 kg diventa dura arrivare al terzo piano)

Piccolo hotel tipico portoghese situato nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico. Pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio essenziale. Se dovessi tornare a Porto sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura.

Um hotel espectacular, tudo fantástico, desde o atendimento às instalações ao pequeno almoço. Sendo que tudo é de um nível fantástico o pessoal é de destacar, preocupados, atenciosos, excelente serviço ao cliente. Recomendo este hotel é dos melhores onde já estivemos.
