The area, like all of the Grand Mesa we saw, was gorgeous. BUT, the staff was brusk, inhospitable and combative.
The cabin had no heat, and was 48 degrees inside. When we complained to the owner, she bluntly said “that’s not cold”, that there was nothing she could do because the inspector had not been out to certify the heater yet and that she was unable to make a price adjus**ent because ******* took her profit margin.
I’ve never met a ruder person in the hospitality business.
