The room was redone quite lovely and spacious. Accessible bathroom very usable. The night manager was very helpful in trying to find a shower chair as all were in use.
The hotel was just off the highway and easy to get to, and the room incredibly clean with great linens.
I guess the only improvement would be to buy another shower chair.

THE ROOM WAS OKAY BUT THE SHOWER HAD A CONSTANT DRIP AND I DID NOTICE A COUPLE SMALL BUGS AROUND THE TOILET. THE ICE MACHINE WAS OUT AND THEY HAD NONE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. THE NIGHT CLERK WAS FORTH COMING AS FAR A THE EATERYS IN THE AREA. HE TRIED PUSHING A PIZZIA PLACE THAT ONLY DELIVERED. THEN I HAD A RESERVATION ALREADY WITH AN AMOUNT ALREADY AND HE TRIED CHARGING ME A HIGHER RATE WHICH I HAD TO SHOW HIM ON MY PRINTOUT. THE MANAGER WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND MADE THE STAY WORTH WHILE.

Place was nasty. Holes in walls, ceilings coming down, dirty sinks, bathrooms dirty. Blow drys in most rooms do not work and fall off the wall. Terrible experience

Who ever cleans the rooms go a horrible job. . I honestly don’t know where to start. Well the first room they put us in was so dirty . It even has a lot of hair on and around the sink. Part of the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. Floors were dirty and the faucet and the mirrors look like they were never touched. And there was much more. So they put us in another room by again… whoever cleans must not know how to clean or needs glasses. Looks like the might be cleaning the mirrors with a dirty towel or something. Again floors were dirty. The whole place needs to cleaned and updated. Walks are very nasty and should have been painted a long time ago. The owner obviously doesn’t care about his business.

Rooms need to be cleaned better!!!!
Had no toilet paper….in two nights I had to get 6 keys due to malfunction.
Staff was awesome helping with keys etc but facility is not clean at all

My initial contact was great. The front desk assistant was amazing. I was put in Rm100 which was horrendous. I was going to go back to the front desk but I had business to attend to.
The carpet was torn, had a hole in it. The towels had holes in it. The toilet seat had an oval cover with a round bowl. The sides of the ledge was peeling. The mirror was dirty/smudged. I had never received such a yucky room but I couldn't change it because I was pressed for time.
This room was TRULY horrendous

It was OK for a 1 night stay. There was no toilet paper hanger in bathroom; bathroom door had major scrapes/gouges in it; mattress needed to be replaced.

Took awhile to get checked in even though I booked ahead and the hotel wasn't busy. Exterior lights didn't come on when it got dark so timers need to be reset also the hotel maid service shouldn't come around knocking and asking if you are checking out which I found to be unusual and rude.
