The stay was fine. Check in was awful as the lady had no idea what she was doing. Our key cards wouldnt work properly. We even had them replaced and still had the same issue.

Been here twice now. Love this hotel even more now that I stayed within the Cedar Rapids area. Great food and brewery’s nearby the hotel. Maybe not *right next door but close enough.
Good breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean rooms. Definitely coming back.

Very comfortable stay !!!
Everything was very clean, and smelled nice (not like cleaner). It was quiet, and the air temp was great. Comfortable beds. We needed assistance from the front desk, about a canceled reservation, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get things cleared up.

They are in the middle of a remodel and have construction materials all over the hallway that you had to walk around.

We were only using for sleeping and breakfast so amenities didn't matter and price was good. Had problem with noise in room next door. Staff tried to handle even offered to change our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. They advertise hot breakfast which it is but limited.

Good Property. Room looked nice with a working TV (always a plus). Location was tucked away on the outside of town so it was nice and quiet. Good hotel overall to stay for one or two nights :) Good price too.
Nitpicks: We needed to leave somewhat early in the morning and was told breakfast was at 6. Ended up being 7 for weekend hours :(. Left and bought breakfast instead. Otherwise it seemed like the had a good selection from photos.

The fridge in the room went out and when I brought it to the staff's attention, never got an im sorry, just was told that i must have unplugged it. Why would I unplug the fridge when i needed it. Was cold when i put stuff in it. That didnt sit very well for me at all.

Obvious staff shortage , very kind bathroom so crowded and toilet so Low that I was afraid .hotel obviously an attempt to fix and expand an out moded facility. Really not acceptable for elderly or physically impaired . Front desk staff very gracious and helpful , but have very little to work with.
