Very good and clean hotel and service was awesome. I was surprised that breakfast didn't come with the room. Also I had some trouble with the card to access the elevator but the front desk was very helpful and polite.

The location is very close to the city center, but the location is the only advantage. Everything else is just average! The trains and street noise next to it are very loud and it's hard to get a good rest! The bathroom is small and the facilities are old!

We stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse. It is a great option for folks looking for a place to stay close to this concert venue. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We paid for parking at the garage across the street which was easy (but I'll echo the folks who say that for an overnight stay, you would likely pay less paying through the garage than through the hotel). The only downside was that the hotel is right next to train tracks, and a late night / early morning train did wake me up as it went through (the hotel does provide ear plugs and a note about the trains, which is thoughtful). This downside is minimal and I would definitely stay here again while attending a future concert!

I expected so much more from a Hilton property, especially at over $300 per night, and I was deeply disappointed with my stay. First, the basics weren’t even right. The bed did not have fitted sheets — instead, it was made with flat sheets that slipped off constantly. For a brand like Hilton, this is unacceptable. Second, the service was well below standard. The concierge acted as though helping guests was a burden rather than their job. A welcoming attitude should be the minimum at a hotel of this caliber. The final straw was the lack of basic supplies. When I checked in, my bathroom had only half a roll of toilet paper. When I requested another roll, I was told they would not bring one up to my room and that I would need to come down to the lobby to get it myself. I’ve never experienced anything like that at any hotel, let alone one charging this kind of rate. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism, comfort, and basic amenities. Instead, I left frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Hotels are to sleep and eat. Not here. The air con is switched off but you will hear the hotel system all n8ght. The trains are close by when they run they are ear shattering blasts. You can hear the next room plainly I was in 1132 that had a connecting door 1,13O opened doors,dropped things,moved furniture well into the night. No wonder they provide ear plugs.The restaurant on the 16th floor has great views very dim lighting and a menu full of coriander,meat marinated in what they dont know. 23 dollars a meal . The chef doesnt have a plain piece of meat in his kitchen. Every thing is the chef being grandiose.10 people there 8.15 to 9.45. Atmosphrte is like a funetal home waiting room. The car park is across the street but you can unload outside if you arrive from thel left. I would never stay there again. Expensive and you cant sleep or eat. They even charge for water. Time to stop the cookies and provide free water

This hotel gives my the creeps. Just never feel clean. I really hate staying here for work. Rooms smell and have very dusty, dirty, grungy carpet, Allergies flare every single time! Filters need changing. All rooms need deep cleaning. The Staff is nice!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff members were helpful and understanding to our needs. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savory foods.

I can’t say enough positive things about my stay. I was traveling for a wedding I was in and the experience was wonderful. The staff was kind and over the top accommodating. They helped me to make sure my bridesmaid gown was picture perfect. The complimentary shuttle was a great amenity that I was able to utilize to get to and from the airport, to nails with the bridal party, to the rehearsal, and to the church day of. One less thing for me and the bride to worry about! There is a nearby train that you can hear, it didn’t disturb my sleep, but maybe for some it would be a problem. There isn’t a ton in walking distance, but there isn’t anything they can do about that! I would absolutely stay here again.
