I booked this hotel a few months in advance, disclosed that had two pets and I was staying with two other adults, we all came in through the front door, and I signed a pet agreement, when I came in the room was dirty, told management about this and they changed our room but he said I was lying about my pets, I told him very respectfully that I had notified them about my pets and they said I had to leave the hotel, the manager left without explanation and the owner decided to side with him, the customer service was awful and they were very rude.

We love staying here when visiting our friend in Cedar Park. The front desk person was cheerful and friendly and made check-in a breeze. Breakfast are was clean with many selections. I especially loved that they had scones!

Our room was not ready till 1 hour after the supposed check in time at 4. We had to wait till 5 before we could check in. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered. Only a free drink from the snack bar. We will not be returning.

Lovely property close to shopping and dining. The walls are thin so noises travel, but overall we had a nice stay.

Front desk staff were very nice. Room was not clean. Clump of long black hair in the shower drain area and black hair on the shower wall. Food under the edge of the couch.
