For our wedding anniversary and my birthday we chosed Tuscany, a place we've dreamt visiting. But Lorenzo, the owner of this business, made sure our joy and celebrations were ruined before even reaching Italy. I made a booking enquiry via email but didn't receive all emails. After I noticed there was no email reply, I called the resort from my mobile number several times and I was told someone will call me back. No calls back. I decided to pay for accommodation online amd wrote an email where I expressed my disappointment- and the allegations started one after another. I was called "rude", a "liar", I was asked to apologise and finally the owner CANCELLED our booking, o location chosed by my wife. In his emails, Lorenzo said he called me on WhatsApp. I don't have WhatsApp installed on my phone. What type of business is it not to afford to call as I called? And even if I had WhatsApp installed, how you call.back a customer on WhatsApp?? The core of all this was because the owner didn't believe me I don’t use WhatsApp. He even said "Don't try to offend my intelligence as you have whatsapp on your number". I only received 1 email reply, but not the rest. Maybe there was a error in their system, I don't know. When I said to him I will share my experience on TripAdvisor, he stated: "Sharing this experience will demonstrate to the people who will read, only how pushy and rude you have been". I don't know why a stranger is calling me rude when I expressed my disappointment that I've been ignored and pushy for what? That I've paid €480 to celebrate my family's events? This behaviour coming from the owner of the resort is unacceptable in the hotel industry. He has no knowledge about "customer care", nor how to respect someone who is willing to pay a lot of money for our stay. Stay away from this type of business conduct.

Ideal zum Entspannen nach einer Tour durch die Highlights der Toskana. Mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten zum Naturstrand Oasi di Bolgheri, nicht viel weiter entfernt ist der Weinort Bolgheri mit vielen Restaurants. Ausgesprochen engagiertes, junges Team; vielfältiges, aber eher süss orientiertes Frühstück. Modern und angenehm gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer.

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione. Sembra quasi di essere in una masseria pugliese. Il perimetro della struttura è ben contornato e il cancello di ingresso all’arrivo fa solo immaginare quello che si nasconde dietro. Un giardino ben curato, un posto auto assegnato ad ogni camera, una zona relax con tende e lettini/sdrai e una piscina molto caratteristica. Camere accoglienti, silenziose e molto curate in ogni piccolo particolare. Struttura nel complesso molto rilassante. Personale giovane, dinamico e molto disponibile ed attento. Menzione particolare per la colazione… veramente variegata dal dolce al salato e tutto di ottima qualità. Anche per chi ha particolari esigenze alimentari

La struttura è molto bella, in un posto tranquillo ma non lontano da Cecina e Bolgheri. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Colazione fantastica, con possibilità di avere sia dolce che salato. Non valuto la piscina perchè per via del meteo non abbiamo potuto provarla. Lorenzo e Sara ci hanno trattato benissmo e sono stati degli ottimi ospiti.

L’endroit est paradisiaque. Calme et reposant. Le personnel est très accueillant, bienveillant, disponible et veille au bien-être de ses clients. Chambres spacieuses, lit et coussins de haute qualité, propreté irréprochable. Les petits-déjeuners au choix sont délicieux. Un incontournable en Toscane

Séjour de 2 semaines dans ce B&B dans la campagne toscane. La mer est à 10 minutes en voiture. Le Relais San Baio managé par une équipe de jeunes très sympa, accueillants et serviables, est un endroit idéal pour se relaxer , au calme (pas d'enfants) au milieu des oliviers. Les suites spacieuses sont réparties en 2 bâtiments. Celles du RDC bénéficient d'une terrasse aménagée. Salle d'eau contemporaine équipée d'une douche à l'italienne. Très beau jardin paysager et espace piscine superbe équipé de gazebos pour apporter de l'ombre, en nombre suffisant pour toutes les chambres. La piscine lagon est idéale pour profiter du soleil. Equipée d'un jacuzzi intégré elle est trop petite pour pouvoir faire des longueurs. Excellent petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse adjacente à la piscine. Service à table, il faut juste passer commande la veille à partir d'un menu fourni en chambre. Egalement disponible au bord de la piscine un service de snacking les après midis. Pas de restaurant pour diner. Au total une adresse vivement recommandée pour la qualité du service, du logement , le calme et la gentillesse du staff.
