"The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. They took time to greet us and learn our children’s names, which was very kind. The staff did a great job and showed care during the earthquake and we felt safe as they did a thorough inspection of the property. The breakfast was great and offered a good variety of food. As wonderful as the staff was, we were disappointed with the beach. It is quite small and very rocky. We wish we would’ve known this before booking as we have small children who were looking forward to soft sand and swimming. One of our children got cut the first day due to the rocks. Had we been aware we would’ve prepared better or booked elsewhere. The pictures on the hotel site are a bit misleading. We tried to cancel our booking halfway through so we could travel to a softer beach down south, but the hotel rejected our request. We enjoyed the pools and found them very nice, however not being able to jump in is a bit unfortunate. Our young children wanted to jump and were told they couldn’t. The hotel just didn’t seem very kid friendly when it came to the amenities."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We stayed at Crown Regency Suites during Typhoon Tino as a temporary shelter and checked in at almost 3PM in Villa #23. Unfortunately, we weren’t very happy with the accommodation’s cleanliness. The place was quite dusty—from the living room to the bedrooms—and we ended up sneezing several times due to the dust. It seemed like the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival, and it also looked like it hadn’t been occupied for quite some time. We also had issues with the door lock, as our keycard couldn’t open it. The staff, however, responded quickly and changed the lock for us, which we appreciated. The living room TV wasn’t working at first, but they replaced it right away. There were also some water droplets in the master bedroom, which we understood considering the strong winds brought by the typhoon. The shower on the second floor wasn’t working, and the kitchen, living room, and service area floors (up to the second floor) were all noticeably dusty. Curtains were dirty as it has a lot of visible stains. Despite these issues, the staff were accommodating and polite throughout our stay. We requested a late checkout and they kindly allowed us until 1PM which supposedly have a late check out fee of 3k. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s assistance and understanding during the typhoon, but the villa’s cleanliness really needs improvement."

"I highly recommend this place.. Ang mga staff very accommodating and mababait.. malinis and peaceful and pag stay namin just for 1 night.. And meron sila shuttle pick up from the airport 500 and drop off din for 500.. kung sa grab 570 plus nabayaran ko.. late ko na kasi nalaman na may shuttle pala sila hehe.."

"My family enjoyed a lot specially my kids. We'll surely coming back in every special occasions in the future. Staffs were all amazing and the services as well. Great place for families and kids as they have a wide range of amenities to choose from.The waterpark and the swimming pool were all great! Excellent"

"Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room."

"Exceptional.. I really love the place very clean and smells so good. The toilet and bath is spacious and super spot on even the bed it's new and comfortable. Their roof top is overwhelming very creative. Additionally, their staffs from security guards to the front desk, all staffs were very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay in Mactan Grand Golden Hotel. Definitely I'll be back when I visit Cebu again."

"We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Savoy. Usage of the beach/pool is included with the rooms. Dinner was fantastic. I had a problem with the room card and the elevator. Sometimes it would not read and missed my floor. The staff was hard working especially during the breakfast buffet because it was so crowded may guests had to wait for tables. It was Father's Day and the last weekend before school started. Other than that everything was great. Thank you."

"This hotel is very close to the bridge in Mactan and cebu it's about 7 mins taxi ride to Airport, this is my first time on this hotel, although the staff is very accommodating and very helpful the hotel itself is not very comfortable specially at summer time, the AC is not strong enough to make a cool the whole room on early night the AC broke down and they have to transfer me to another room, but still the ac couldn't make the room cold at all, maybe its summer or maybe not enough power to so. The bed is firm comfortable with soft pillow they have elevator, bedit coffee is provided and a kittle. Drinking bottle water is provided. Im hoping they will check their AC for proper meantinance otherwise this is very good hotel"

"The room was clean, and although the WiFi was down, the staff were very accommodating and was available 24/7. Location over was also convenient and is just a 5 minute ride to the airport."

"I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort."
