Book this one because of the location and price. It is affordable but the hotel needs to improve their standards of cleaning. Entered the room and did the usual checks upon entering, one of the bedsheets were stained, towels smelt like cigarette smoke and bathrooms had cobwebs. The cabinet under the sink has molds. Also the AC can’t cool enough the entire room. They need to upgrade their AC to accommodate the entire room. No wifi on our entire stay. Family room is on the way back so don’t expect wifi connection to reach it. Yes it is affordable but I don’t recommend it to anyone who’s very particular with cleanliness.

Very nice room with balcony. It was cozy and clean. No elevator but it’s fine. Near the public beach. Staff were pleasant and assisted us nicely.

I tried to cancel my reservation just a day after I booked but it was denied. The hotel has affordable price. The room is not clean. Hair and cob webs are hanging on walls and ceiling. Aircon is very noisy. Paints are discoloured. Center light has no cover. TV station has bad signal. The location is beside the market peaple you can hear all the noise from outside. One advantage is that you can buy anything any time.

The room was not clean at all. The bed sheets were nasty and the bathroom was completely flooded with water before we even took a shower. However, we only slept their because the location is super near the airport.

The staff are amazing, friendly and very accommodating, however, some facilities needs fixing such as wobbly table and AC water drip.

No hot water/shower was available in all the rooms. WiFi doesn't work as well. They should fix it instead of asking patience to guests.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They assisted us and provided us all the things that we need. We stayed for 5 days and it felt like home staying in this place. We will definitely go back and stay here again. Thank you so much RedDoorz!

Great room

I arrived in Mactan by early morning flight and took a white taxi for 210 pesos. There were too many ants, the air conditioner was too noisy, so I couldn't sleep, and the noise from the motorcycle outside was so noisy that I stayed up all night. If I had known it would be like this, I would have paid more and gotten a decent accommodation... However, since I chose this accommodation to save money, I definitely worked hard and saved money!!!

The room was not cleaned very well and had spider webs. The cooler didn't work very well, and the WiFi was repeatedly disconnected and reconnected. However, the customer service was very good and friendly, so it was easy to spend.
