We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to your charming guest inn. The atmosphere was wonderfully welcoming, and the accommodations were both comfortable and clean. It was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. We particularly appreciated the quietude and the overall pleasant ambiance. My recent stay was an absolute disappointment, marked by appalling service, a dismal experience, and deplorable facilities, particularly the lack of water, which rendered the stay unbearable. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff were disinterested and indifferent, providing minimal assistance and displaying a lack of professionalism. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was cramped, dirty, and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and uncomfortable bedding. However, the most egregious aspect was the absence of water. Not only was there no running water for basic hygiene needs. The lack of water facilities exacerbated an already dismal situation, making it impossible to carry out essential tasks such as showering or even flushing the toilet. This glaring oversight speaks volumes about the hostel's disregard for basic guest necessities and comfort. Overall, my stay was a regrettable experience that I would not wish upon anyone. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel, as the inadequate service, dismal experience, and lack of basic facilities, particularly water, make it utterly unsuitable for even the most budget-conscious traveler.
