Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to check out late at almost 2pm. As our flight was at night and we had checked out, we asked to use a room to do our prayers and the Staff kindly allowed us to use their restaurant which was closed. The hotel is walking distance to Ayala mall and there is a self service laundry nearby and massage. The area is near a busy road so it’s difficult to cross the road sometimes. Cebu is also generally dark at night but the hotel area seems safe enough to walk. The room didn’t have hot shower but the housekeeping was top notch. We came back to a very clean room each day. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great time during our recent stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were all friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the delicious complimentary breakfast served in the lobby, such a great way to start the day! If given the chance, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

there are bugs around the corner. no complementary hotel flipflops. no shampoo or coffee. no vault unlike other hotels for the cheaper price.. i will never come back to this hotel. not recommended. this hotel sucks. not friendly.

Bugs are a problem here and the phone in the hallway rings all the time. Woke me up every morning about 7am. You pay for a hotel so you can sleep and they call the phone all day long and wake everyone up. Not recommended.
