Never been to Philippines. This is my first trip there. New hotel, clean and reasonable price. And next to coffee shop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They also help tourists to make a reservations for day tour. Nice stay and happy journey

All in all the experience was good. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The room is clean. I just have a bit of a problem with the internet as it may seem to have an issue especially when you're trying to connect. Also, Room 305's double lock wasn't working although they have the auto-lock placed but just for security purposes they might wanna check and fix it. Also, the main door needs to be closed hard in order for the auto-lock to function. Some customers might not notice that at first glance but anyway there was a beeping sound if the door was not closed properly.

The attitude of the hotel staff is so good that I have nothing to say. Especially these two guys, they tried their best to help me, a foreigner Handling sim cards Although there is only one type of shower and no shower head But the water pressure and temperature are stable! The room size is comfortable! I stayed for three days in total and the breakfast was slightly different every day. Food presentation is very Filipino

The location is about three kilometers away from several important scenic spots near the sea, and it is not particularly close. It's not as close as the introduction says, it's close to famous places like xx and can be reached on foot (their targets are massage parlors and the like). The entrance is very small, so it’s hard to get a taxi location. We can only book a reservation at the main entrance of a doctor’s university hospital opposite (almost every time, it’s very, very troublesome! Because this hospital also has an emergency entrance, etc., and the addresses with similar suffixes are too There are too many and it’s easy to choose the wrong one), but the last time I left for the airport in the morning, I was able to locate it. It was really confusing. The overall feeling is at the level of domestic Orange or Hanting (not as good as Orange Crystal), and the motorcycles on the road are very noisy, which is better after eleven o'clock. The sound insulation is very average, and the music prompts for swiping the card next door are very noisy when opening and closing the door. So resting before a red-eye flight is torture. The front desk was very polite and smiling all the time, and the morning call in the middle of the night was also on time. There was a shortage of paper and water in the room, and there was still a shortage of water for the next day. I had to ask for it every time, which was really troublesome... Overall, it was just average. I don’t know much about the overall consumption level of hotels in big cities in the Philippines. The price of more than 300 per day is comparable to that of an express hotel in a major domestic city. I only spent one day for indoor sightseeing after arriving on the island. One day for Cebu city attractions was enough.

The room is not big but clean. I can’t find the hotel’s name when searching for a taxi on Grab, nor can I find it when I enter the address. The hotel door curtain is very small. Every time I leave the hotel or go back to find my location, I have to go to the Medical University opposite.

The hotel is very nice and provides 2 breakfasts, but the windows cannot be locked. Everything else is pretty good.

The room was very clean and the service was very good. Sound insulation is a bit of a problem. The hall is filled with red lanterns. The boss may be Chinese.

Nice hotel in the center

The facility itself is very clean and accommodating. The staff was very professional and friendly.....and very helpful. I would recommend the Surestay and gladly stay there again when in town

Wonderful bed, excellent split Aircon, outlets by the bed, reading lights at the bed, clean bedsheets, 4 pillows, clean towels, rainshower plenty of hot water. small refrigerator, very clean. Hot water kettle was clean. Easy to use room safe. Big TV with several movie channels. we parked our motorbike downstairs in the secure parking free. we were there as a couple, but my mistake was not selecting two adults when I booked, and so I got a free breakfast only for one adult. It doesn’t make sense to me since the room was for two Person’s. They charge me 250 pesos each day so my wife could have breakfast. so a warning to make sure you click the number. It seems very petty to me, but I didn’t want to argue at checkout. The breakfast certainly was not worth 250 pesos. And it’s really a cheap shot for a Best Western hotel, charging $40 in neighborhood full of $20 rooms at other hotels.

Room was very nice & clean. Shower was big with hot water. Staff was very helpful & responsive to my inquiries. Breakfast was just okay. Overall great value for what you spend and would stay again.

Food is good but it needs some improvement like it’s should be hot & no ice,
