The massive room was clean and minimalistic. There was a kettle and coffee. Laundry service was 69p per kg, however someone clothes had yellow stains which we only noticed at the airport. Grab cost around 400 to get to tge hotel. Cute bakery with delicious rum cake and coffee shop to the left and right of the hotel. Guard at the front do was so friendly and welcoming. Close to the city. Not the area you would want to stay if you plan to do water activities better to stay on Matcan island if you have limited time. Shark swimming is a 3hr car drive away, we decided not to do it because we didn't want to sit for 6 hours in a car on our 2day trip. Definitely doable if you have more time in Cebu. we did a city tour for 3500 for 5hrs, 3people. Entry fees and parking not included. He took us to Tops 100p, Leah Temple150p, Little Amsterdam100p we skipped the Chinese temple because we live in China. We went to the Church and Cross from the mall the day we arrived as it was not far from the mall. Everything else was great! On the down side, the bathroom drainage did work well therefore i couldn't use the shower with the full water pressure because the bathroom would have flooded. Fix the drain and put a shower curtain. Bed is extremely hard, like Chinese beds.

I always have a pleasant stay with this hotel. The staff are really pleasant, the service is great, the location is perfect for our preference. If there are ready and available rooms before the usual time for check-ins, they are more than happy to accommodate you.

Having in mind this is a 2-star hotel, it looks and feels actually better than that. Normal size rooms, nice elevator, decent bathroom (even though towels do need an update), nice bed linen (matrasses could be better, but these are not too bad either)... The location is also quite nice, not far from Ayala Mall, also easy to get to Robinsons Galleria and SM CIty, and from there - to the airport. Wifi is not great, it's good at moments and then begins to struggle, but from this trip my observations are that this is a general problem in the Philippines, so I'm not sure if it's even hotel's fault. The only real minus was the lack of luggage storage room. They do accept to keep their guests' luggage after check out during the day in the lobby - and that's all. And storing luggage for longer seems to be a big problem in Cebu.

I have a few things I look for when I travel. Where this hotel excels in is cleanliness, service and the pool and bar on the roof is a lot of fun, with decent cocktails at a good price. Breakfast is exceptional and well worth getting. Other things going for it is its central location has great access to shops and a 10-15 min walk to Elizabeth Mall and south Cebu bus station. My only complaints would be the air conditioning needs a tune up and the wifi is patchy at best.

The location is good as it is nearby fast food and local restaurants. The staff are friendly & approachable however, there’s lacking of staff on certain hours which is very hard for us and nobody else to contact whenever there is an immediate concern or during emergency situation.
