We found the room to be very comfortable and peaceful, a welcome respite in a wonderfully accessible area. The reception staff were particularly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The service was good . our request for a room near the elevator was granted 😅 the room is clean only the aircon and bit noisy for us .
The location is good for what we do. It's near Ayala enter for mall and there's many choice of restaurants with good food.

What the hotel lacks in amenities it more than makes up in the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and crews. Would definitely recommend to people that don't need the pool, spa or higher end dining or lounge.

The hotel was fine, bed was a decent size, location is decent if you want to go to the mall. We only stayed for one night before heading to Moalboal. Staff were friendly enough, they helped us book a taxi to moalboal but may have overcharged us slightly.

New place so everything works, it's clean, resteraunt is nothing special. No American breakfast. Very few selections for dinner. We found one dinner and it was done well. Overall we were satisfied. Just wish the restaurant had more options.
