We originally book one night because we already have planned to change hotel on the next day, however we decided to rebook another 2 nights because we feel comfortable here on our first night also the breakfast is also included. The room is old but it doesn't bother us since the room was big and clean. You don't need to call the reception for the housekeeping because they will clean your room even if you don't ask unlike other hotels we've been to. I also like the complimentary early check in and check out that the trip. com had given us so our stay became even more comfortable.

Location was very accessible with nearby malls and convinience stores and laundry shops. Water pressure in the shower is not good but it works.

They need to up their cleanliness. The bed lamps were really dirty. They also need to have one of their lights changed (near the cabinet) as it keeps on flickering.
Their customer service is also rude. They need to improve their phone etiquette. As they don't have a telephone in the room, you'd need to call them in Wattsapp instead.
They have a lot of outlets though which is nice. And they have a big room. The view from their pool is also very pretty.

Great location for a day or two stop over. Close to shops to which is convenient.
Bed was a bit under ok but the Shower was horrible
