Amazing location next to Ayala mall with a direct entrance leading into The Terraces. All staff were warm and friendly and even the housekeeping staff (Albhey) left a handwritten thank you message for choosing to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Definitely recommended.

We booked the Seda in Cebu based on our experience staying at the Seda Manila Bay. This hotel is located conveniently next to a shopping mall. Hotel is very cleanly with nice facilities and friendly staff. We found the accommodations here quite good for the price.

I stayed with my 7 year old grandson & other room was my son in law for 3 nights . Nothing special, we couldn’t bring the kids for swimming as the pool was dusty and dirty. Also towels in the room were old and dirty too. Looks like this towels were for floors.
During our checked out i called line O and I have asked few times for assistance and for the trolley so we can bring all our stuffs down smoothly, unfortunately no one bothers to help. As I was carrying out all our luggages/ stuffs from our room to the door, there was one staff checking the rooms and did not bother to helped at all. Even when I was out from the lift , they were only watching at me and my grandson until they realized that I was so pissed. The reception asked me whether did I call for helped ? I was even more upset. I got helped only until I reached the main door. I feel bad for this experienced.

Upon arriving at the hotel, all the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Stephen at the front desk was especially helpful, and it was clear he excels in hospitality. He made our check-in smooth and was very supportive with our stay extension as well. I have stayed in several seda chain around Philippines, but this is by far the best. Breakfast is good, housekeeping and guest service is also really great. Overall worthy of the hotel price and best location.
