For my 5 days stayed at this hotel it's quite good though there are some that need to improve like the reservation and the reception staff that need to coordinate with each other in short they need proper endorsement after their shift had done to avoid hassle with the guest in terms of check-in...

Worst place i would never recommend anyone its worst than its seen in the picture its not for those traveling from outside we had payed from trip.com for 2nights we couldn’t stay a night we had to look for other hotel as soon as we reached there it was that bad.bed pillow and bed cover were unimaginable we couldn’t even survive the night it was like a box floors were like toilet tiles marble cover.local people might find it ok but its not for other travelers. And you don’teven get refund

Have stayed here many times but won’t again. Rooms are clean and I like the smart TV with access to YouTube. But the ***** ****** staying there is ridiculous. Several times there was someone pounding on the door in the middle of the night, banging on the wall of the a joining room, and the vibe was very negative.
It seemed like some ***** person was trying to pound the door down like they were bent on attack or something. I’ve later heard some very negative and troubling stories about this hotel.

I’ve stayed here before and had a better experience. My room was booked for 2 adults. But they would only supply one bottle of water per day. This chincy attitude is very off putting. Also, I needed to extend my trip by two days, and tried to book the sane hotel for two more days. The online sites showed it sold out. The desk said they were not sold out. They then offered me the same room at three times the online price paying in cash. It was absurd, so I changed to a much better hotel at a better price.
