Bellissimo ristorante posizionato vicino al lago. Location fantastica, cibo molto buono, servizio simpatico e disponibile sono il perfetto mix per un fantastico pranzo! In particolare mi sento di consigliare la tartare come antipasto e la costata.

My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional. It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. We stayed here as part of our Viking extension. We had a nice room overlooking the lake. The bed was not the best, and as with older hotels, there were some ”charming” things to consider. We turned on the little lights on the ceiling, and they blew out. The bedside lamp had a frayed cloth wire with the metal exposed (I have not seen such a wire in probably 50 years). We reported these issues, but it was a weekend. I expected the lamp to be replaced because that's definitely a fire hazard, but no. Anyway, it's a pretty place, the air conditioning worked well, and it's a five minute walk to town with its many restaurants.

After a long time, finally an overnight stay in this beautiful hotel. Closed because of Covid, but now open again. Good: Friendly staff, very nicely furnished rooms (especially deluxe rooms and up). Great pillows, fast wifi, good lighting concept, nice terrace, big bathroom. Not so good: Breakfast room a bit cold in terms of a**osphere

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

Awesome, comfortable stay. Hotel front of house team, super efficient. Was made to feel welcome. Needed a place to rest overnight following my 24 hour flying visit to attend the screening of a movie premiere. Check in process was vey easy and straightforward. They have a hotel bar too and ordering drinks was easy. Not too pricey too. Room was very comfortable, bed was a good size too. Well equipped room, spotlessly clean and well laid out. Andre this morning on the check in counter was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Grabbed a free coffee and delicious pastries which I actually didn’t expect to be complimentary too. Andre was also very friendly and amiable too. He really took an interest in what I told him about my experience in Milan. (The guy on the desk last night was also helpful and friendly but didn’t ask for his name). Milan which was truly wonderful. Had a good rest ready for my flight back to London.

Bella esperienza. Le cosa più bella della camere è che sembrano proprio delle piccole casette stile bungalow a sé con parcheggio privato per ognuna. Ci si rilassa molto bene, il box doccia è un grande plus. Uniche cose che ”boccio” sono la dimensione della TV, un po' piccola anche se è molto apprezzabile la posizione in alto e incastrata nello specchio, e i cuscini un po' troppo piatti che non sono proprio il massimo della comodità. Altra nota positiva è l'ubicazione a 2 passi dal lago in un bel paesino. Assolutamente consigliato

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.
