The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

After returning to this beautiful place for the seventh time, I finaly decided to stop trying to keep it for myself and to share my experiences We love the Sanctuary at Grand Memories not only for its beautiful white sand beach but also for the warmth of everyone that works there. Each and every time we are welcomed with open arms and open hearts. The staff is amazing, always there to inform you and help if needed, discrete but professional and very friendly. This time we were upgraded to the Premium Class and benefited from perks like: reserved section at the beach, special diner, added choices of alcohol, etc. The manager, Magnolia, is very nice and she helped us with planning our last day and late check out. We ate very well, the rooms are confortable and clean, we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, sooner than later. Thank you to everyone that made yet another vacation memorable.

Cayo Santa Maria is known for the beaches that are second to none. Even more outstanding at this resort are the staff! There are so many amazing people: Jorge and Iniubis planned a beach wedding and dinner for us that were more beautiful then we ever could’ve imagined; Odlanier was a stand out as a butler - providing top notch service, ensuring he accommodated our large group for dinner reservations and doing it all with a smile. Lily’s warm heart and friendly face were always there to greet us in the lobby. Jailen, Rosario, Rachel, Madelein, Melissa, and Yarilis went out of their way to make us feel at home. Thank you to Yasmani, Gisselle and Wandy in entertainment.
