Poor quality of Hotel all inclusive,there’s to many people smoking in everywhere,they may have (non smoking signs) ,the variety of food is not so good

Friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Good food in the buffet restaurant and plenty of variety. There's also an A La Cart restaurant, table service and great food. Room nice and clean. 3 Pools, plus a splash 1 for the little ones. There are 2 beaches 1 on the front and the other just outside the rear entrance. Will be booking again for next year.

Very bad experience...lack of food, drink, very outdated and small room. The only good thing is the cocktails and the staff.. I didn't like it at all, a lot of flies.. I wouldn't return .One more thing, please change the sheet. They are already traveling.. Don't be ashamed.

Last day of our 2 week stay at Sol and have to give nothing but praise. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds and very clean. Had bottle of water everyday in room and lots of towels, always stocked. Food was phenomenal, I never experienced any shortage of anything in the 2 weeks. Fresh eggs and bacon everyday, lots of fresh fruit and for dinner you always had choice of pork, beef, chicken or fish. Some nights even veal - pasta station was great as well! We skipped lunch and opted for snack bar pizzas and fries which were fantastic! No illness experienced whatsoever. Entertainment team was exceptional and always had lots going on if you were wanting activities, otherwise shows were fantastic with authentic Cuban bands. Music was not too loud and they cater to all ages. Special mention to all staff at Sol who are genuine, friendly and will go out of their way to make your vacation enjoyable and memorable! Will definitely return and I recommend to those looking for a solid, great place with a fantastic vibe and is budget friendly. Have been to Cuba over 30 times and this by far is the fav! Have stayed at newer resorts, but they don’t compare to the warmth, care and kindness experienced here.

Just returned from our favorite resort, Sol Cayo Coco, Cuba. (March 18th -25th) This was our 15th trip to Sol and it was as enjoyable as all the pervious. We like the size of Sol, approximately 270 rooms and all the comforts you expect are readily available. The start of our days was greeted with the availability of bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning The pizza’s served at the pool snack bar for lunch were delicious. And the availability of chicken, pork fish and pasta for dinner, gave you a choice of a great selection. A special thanks goes to the following staff members for the efforts in providing a quality vacation for us. Dayron – (customer services) He responded to our needs and requests Henry – (concierge) You would never meet a more friendly individual as he always has a happy frame of mind Sergio – (Lobby bartender) Always on the go to make sure your refreshments were full Mickel – (cook) Made the best eggs as you requested , omelets included. He was always singing as he worked. In closing I strongly recommend Sol

Best resort I’ve been too in a while, the people were so genuine and kind food was great as was everything else have no complaints whatsoever. Made friends that I will remember until I go back there next year. Everyone was amazing :)

Hi. Rooms urgently need renovation. Especially the bathroom needs a makeover Ok Cuba is in need but we have stayed in Cayo Cruz and in Santa lucia. Only Cubsn 4 and 3 star but far better. Valentin in Cayo Cruz was surprisingly good. Beaches are very nice but the rest off the Cayo is ruined due to infrastructure.
