This hotel is closed yet still accepting reservations! My family of 10 had a reservation here and two days prior I called just to confirm everything and no answer. I emailed. No answer. I called our dive shop down there and they told me the hotel had closed. They stole our deposits of over $2000.

Great and friendly customer service. Wonderful location. Good food, it would be awesome if they can improve the room charge service since we had 2 misunderstandings with it. Eden, the receptionist, always answered all our concerns and even booked us a taxi from the airport to the pier in Belice City back and forth. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice, Great breakfast , a lot of places to lounge by the water. The AC in the rooms worked perfect. It feels special and exclusive being on the other side of the split with a private beach . its not a long boat ride at all. I would definitely go back. My instagram is @darcelis_
