PESSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!! Sujo ! Sem cuidado com o quarto limpeza , cama suja toalhas quase transparentes e se sem falar q ou as tomadas não funcionam ou caindo da parede !! Controle quebrado, internet não funciona quem segue recomendando esse hotel! Ainda com carpete no quarto em sec 21 . Falta de cuidado com os quartos é FALTA DE RESPEITO COM CLIENTE!!

Os quartos são bem amplos, mas não existe cuidado nem com a limpeza e nem com o enxoval, ou seja, algumas toalhas de banho e rosto estão quase transparentes de tão gastas. As cadeiras (duas) que estão disponíveis no quarto são totalmente sujas e manchadas. Em duas hospedagens tivemos que solicitar toalhas logo que chegamos, porque não havia no quarto. O ar quente não funcionava.

Hotel velho, sem manutenção, quarto com roupas de cama muito gastas, banheiro muito velho com toalhas muito gastas. Não tem manobrista. No meu quarto a TV não tem controle remoto. Cortinas nas janelas estão bem sujas. Quarto é bem grande mas nada convidativo como nas fotos postadas na booking

O quarto enorme , muito bom , porém as acomodações não . Achei as camas muito pequenas . Não se usa mais ! Não há opção de cama queen para casal ! E as camas de solteiro muito pequenas e desconfortáveis ! O café da manhã , embora com muitas opções , a qualidade deixou muito a desejar ! Os atendentes e funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos !

Não venha. Estou hospedado agora no hotel e simplesmente não tem água quente no chuveiro. Liguei para recepção e a pessoa só disse, e um problema no hotel inteiro sem previsão. Água quente e o básico, nem vou avaliar o resto por que não merece.

O hotel é confortavel, o atendimento é bom e o café é razoável. Ja me hospedei varias vezes, e teve uma coisa que me incomodou e deu pra perceber que é “cultural” do hotel de a camareira entrar nos aptos com check out previsto sem confirmar se o hospede saiu, e aconteceram varias vezes de entrarem no apto com placa de não perturbe. Como hoteleiro que sou, acho isso extremamente desrespeitoso com a privacidade, conforto e descanso do hospede.

Já fomos algumas vezes e está cada vez com mais problemas. A cidade estava com 26 graus e não tinha ar condicionado nos quartos (eles colocaram ar quente no hotel inteiro). Morremos de calor! Foi sufocante e não tem opção. O nosso box do banheiro tinha um sabonete no chão douro, impossível de tirar, nojento. Não tomamos banho.
