Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto em frente a uma obra do hotel. Barulho de furadeira, cheiro forte de produtos químicos, muita poeira, e estávamos com nosso filho de dois meses, então era inviável ficar ali. Perguntei na recepção se não havia outra opção de quarto, aí nos colocaram em um quarto melhor, distante da obra, com banheiro melhor, varanda, etc. O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã era ok, com boas opções, as pessoas simpáticas. É bem perto do parque das águas, dá pra ir a pé (e fomos com carrinho de bebê, bolsa, então é pertinho msm, não teve perrengue). Em geral foi uma boa experiência, apesar do momento inicial desagradável.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! Do café da manhã, localização, instalações, limpeza, conforto, wifi, piscina aquecida,salão de jogos, tv a cabo, banheiro espaçoso. Sempre que vamos a Caxambu, ficamos no Hotel União. Já virou uma tradição da família! Indicamos demais!

Gostei da estrutura do hotel áreas de lazer ótimas mas,o quarto era barulhento com cachorros latindo o café da manhã ruim pão de queijo queimado os alimentos não fica coberto tinha bichinhos nas frutas. A piscina gostei a sauna estava fechada.

Está bem localizado. Fica próximo do parque das Águas e do centro. Dá para ir a pé. Bom atendimento e quarto bem limpo e amplo. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso. Levamos nosso pet de pequeno porte e houve um acréscimo na diária. Achamos um pouco caro. Deveria ser um valor mais acessível. Estacionamento com poucas vagas.

Simplesmente espetacular, um hotel lindo com toques de requintes é muito bom gosto, vale muito a pena. Um café da manhã que vale um toque especial para broa de milho muito gostosa. Um hall que meu Deus com um jardim de inverno espetacular. Lindo muito lindo !

Propaganda enganosapois o hotel não disponibiliza de restaurante conforme Propaganda de pratos a lá carte, etc. Só fornecem sanduíches. Fiz a reserva considerando o restaurante pois estava com pessoa idosa com dificuldade de locomoção, avisado antes ao hotel. Infelizmente fui enganado e o hotel disse que só com o hotel lotado ou com eventos é que disponibiliza o restaurante a lá carte¡!!!!!¡!!! Portanto fazem Propaganda enganosa e não se responsabiliza

Atendimento excelente o Sr Raul muito prestativo. Ótima localização em frente ao parque e do teleférico. Bons restaurantes perto podendo fazer passeios a pé. Quartos bons , limpos, camas boas. Chuveiro quente e banheiro limpo . Voltaria com certeza

Café da manhã espetacular, tv a cabo, garagem, wifi ótimo, localização em frente ao Parque das águas, funcionários muito solícitos e prontos a ajudar, piscina aquecida, salão de jogos com mesa de sinuca e ping pong. Cama confortável. Enfim, hotel excelente!
