Everything about this hotel is wonderful. I’d recommend it. The hot air balloons are incredible and come right over the patio. The rooms are very cave like and the only thing I didn’t like was how moist it was in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, very top quality. If you are driving, the drive to the top is scary but just keep driving. Don’t stop! Hahaha.

I really enjoyed this journey. The staffs are friendly. Sam is always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very unique. The building is on the mountainside and the scenery on the opposite side is unobstructed. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic after checking in and prepared steaming coffee for me. So considerate!

The hotel is very nice in terms of location and room.

The service, meal, location, facilities and cleanliness are also very good. However, please note that due to the nature of the cave hotel, the steep hill road is more than 50 meters.
