Thanks for the hospitality of the staff. They are all smiling, caring and polite. We went there as a couple at the end of April 2023. So the weather is a bit cold. Anyways, there are heater in the rooms. The rooms are clean, wide and spacious. The hotel has a park area. The view is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and various. We especially thank to Mr. Serkan for his recommendations for the activities. If i visit Cappodocia again, i definetely choose this place for accomodation.

Great location for watching the early morning hot air balloons from the ridge above, really friendly & helpful staff who can arrange a balloon trip at short notice. Room functional, without aircon the room was quite humid at night. Cafes and restaurants in the village were reasonably priced. & within walking distance. Goreme - a 10 minute drive - has an abundance of cafes & restaurants & shops. A car is preferable as there are so many places to explore, good hiking trails in the national park

We stayed at Phocas on 27/28 Sept in suite 104. From the moment we arrived until the second we left it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The whole team could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed. With warm smiles and generous advice supported by practical assistance with booking taxis etc they were fantastic. The accommodation was unique, charming and authentic- the breakfast was excellent quality and ample quantity. Location is superb for visiting the local sites and experiencing the magical spectacle of the balloon flights. This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Yurt dışından gelen arkadaşımla gezmek için 3 gece 4 gün rezervasyon yaptırdım.İlk gece kaldığımız odanın tavanından su akmasıyla gece 2 buçukta uyandık.Yatak dahil her yer su içinde kaldı.Gece yarısında apartopar başka odaya geçtik ancak bu seferde taş oda olmasından kaynaklı aşırı soğuk olduğu için çok üşüdük.Misafirime karşı mahcup oldum. Ertesi gün Bekir Bey aradı ve yaşanılan olay dolayısıyla bir gün ücretini almayacağını ancak isterse diğer günler için başka otel ayarlayabileceğini ya da başka odaya geçebileceğimizi belirtti. Diğer günlerde aynı otelde farklı oda da kaldık. Çıkış yaptığımız gün tam ücret istediler.Bekir Bey’e sorduğumuzda öyle bir şey demediğini iletti. Son gün olduğu için sorun çıkarmamak adına bir şey demedim ancak gidecek olanlar bu tarz problemler yaşayabilir. Beni yalancı durumuna sokan Bekir Bey’e diyecek bir şeyim yok ancak gideceğimiz yerler için bilgilendirme yapan Serkan Bey’e ve mutfakta çalışan güler yüzlü ablaya teşekkür ederiz.

We went as a family and chose the Seljuk room. Since the room is a cave room, there is a cave smell inside, but it did not bother us. My only negative comment about the room is this; Small crumbs are falling from the ceiling, which is probably due to the fact that it is a cave. On the morning of our first night, we woke up to the sound of balloons. They pass right by the hotel, it was a great experience. The breakfast is very filling, fresh and delicious; Especially those bagels and pastries 👌🏻. It was wonderful to have breakfast among the sculptures built on the wall in the breakfast room. The employees were very attentive and explained the route we needed to follow. Everything was very nice, I will choose this place again next time I go 🙏🏻

We stayed as a family with our teenagers in a troglodyte room. I stayed for 2 nights. If I had stayed 1 more night, I think we would have been hospitalized. We stayed on the ground floor, we didn't understand anything the first day, but when we woke up in the morning, the smell inside made us feel bad. Later, we learned that the room was a cave and used to serve as a refrigerator, and it was extremely stuffy and had a damp smell. Room 106 is a bit steep in terms of location. If you don't have a car, you have to walk a long distance, but the view is great. The wonderful breakfast was also ok.
