Location is great, a short 10-15 minute walk from the pretty fishing village. The hotel lacked a central point outside. The pool was very small. Sunbeds squeezed into every inch of this place. Most of these do not have an outlook or clear view of either the stunning sea view or dodgy looking pool. Tourists getting up early to put towels on beds. Catering staff were friendly, kind but looked exhausted. Reception staff were welcoming but lengthy queues quickly form around check in and check out times. The overall hotel looked run down compared to its more recently built sister next door.
In terms of food, if you prefer quantity over quality this is the hotel for you. For example, the cod pieces were so dried up you had to cut it with pressure. The meat was pretty fatty. Desserts appeared to be a big hit with the kids. The location of the outside restaurant was a winner to watch the sunsets.
This is a family hotel first and foremost.

So much better than I was expecting. I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews on this hotel. We loved it here, the staff were all friendly. Clean towels every day. The food was better than many four star hotels we have stayed in. The location of this hotel is amazing. Free sun loungers over looking some of the most beautiful views. About a 20 minute walk to the bus station and centre of Cavtat. Can be done in 10 minutes if u are in a rush for the bus, although they were running every 30 minutes to Dubrovnik (no10). We would 100% stay at this hotel again. We didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

You are literally killing tourism in the best part of this area. I bring groups of people here from the UK and we stay at apartments nearby. I speak to locals and visitors here that love this area but it is spoiled by the awful noise every night that comes from your hotel. It spreads throughout the whole area, and you don’t answer any calls or pleas to keep it to a minimum. It is noise pollution at best , at worst a complete disrespect for this whole area. I hope no one reading this decides to book here because you are a threat to tourism in this beautiful country.

The best part of the hotel is the view and the location. Hotel itself was OK, room small for 3 adults and no balcony. Stayed all inclusive which was fine just typical buffet food. If rooms were better I would rate this as a 4 * hotel. Cavtat is a stunning place with lovely walks. Hotel could do with updating but as a 3* it fits the bill.

The food, cleanliness and dining room and entertainment staff are amazing. The location is spectacular. We went to dubrovnik on a boat which collected us 400 yards from hotel. Stunning views. Only fault which is unfortunate is that one receptionist we kept meeting was rude and very unhelpful. He rolled his eyes to every question and was very abrupt. At one stage I had to wait while he was on his mobile, this was fine but he left me wait! Everyone else was extremely lovely. Waiting staff, room cleaning staff and dining room staff were all so very nice and helpful .

This was our first holiday outside of the UK in a very long time so we were not too sure what to expect. We booked through TUI who looked after us either by phone , in person or through the app from start to finish. The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were exactly as the photographs show the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. Some of it i couldnt recognise, but that was not necessarily a bad comment. They catered for all tastes. There was a wide variety to choose from changing every day. The all inclusive option was well worth the money as there were snacks, feed and drinks available all the time. The beach and village were stunning. The water was unbelievably clear with a lot of of fish and marine life. Perfect for snorkelling. We took the boat to Dubrovnik which was not disappointing and I would happily return and do exactly the same holiday again!

Booked into the hotel late last night, disappointed is an understatement, on checking in to our room for 3 adults, we were given two single beds and bunk beds. The rooms are very small and not adequate for 3 adults. We went back down to reception to explain to the receptionist and we were told, stay in the room for the night and it will be sorted this morning. After a bad night sleep, we went to reception this morning and were told that there was nothing they could do, more than anything the attitude of the staff member was dismissive, rude and not the kind of customer service you would expect. I would advise anyone travelling with more than 2 people to avoid this hotel. We are well aware it's a three star hotel, we were not expecting the Ritz, but the least we expected was 3 proper beds. I would not rate this hotel. They wanted to put the sofa bed next to the balcony door or at the bottom of the other bed. How they expected to do this is beyond me. The space is too small.🤔
