Bacan Serviced Apartments

We stayed for 9 nights and took two apartments, one for me and my wife and one for our two teenage daughters. The apartments were very clean and comfortable. We had very good air conditioning (the average temperature was 32° during the day and 24° at night). The bathroom was very clean and had a good shower. Atun, the owner, was very helpful with information and present during the day and he lives a very short distance away in case we needed him to come out. There is a small supermarket 2 minutes away and a restaurant across the road. Walking down to the marina took about 8 minutes and was an easy walk downhill. The hill back is steep but the number 10 bus from the marina stops right next to the flats so for those with mobility issues this should resolve your concerns about a descent or ascent of the hill. Cavtat is a beautiful location with a very pleasant atmosphere and I’d thoroughly recommend it and a stay at the apartments.

Bacan apartments is a little gem in Cavtat. The location is very peaceful (apart from the odd plane) but only a short walk downhill into the main town. The apartments are very modern and comfortable. The owner, Antun is a great host. Any problems or questions are quickly answered. Cavtat itself is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and gift shops. We travelled in to Dubrovnik twice during our stay on the local bus. Thank you Antun for making us feel so welcome and for all of your help. Hope to visit you again very soon.

Very good apartments. Very clean and modern with good location.Ideal place for Cavtat.Owner is very helpful and can provide you with all the services you need.In a quieter area,up an hill from the centre but is very manageable. If too old for the hill, there is a bust stop from the centre to right outside the apartment.

We stayed here for a week and it was our first visit to Croatia, Antun the owner offers a brilliant service of airport pickup and this made our whole experience so much easier, no stress! Antun was very welcoming and friendly and was extremely helpful in explaining where everything was in Cavtat, bus stops, supermarkets and the easy and hard ways to get into the town and back, yes there is a steep hill into the town but you can always get the bus back and it wasn’t a problem for us. The apartment was very modern and clean, everything we needed and also a beautiful view, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. Would definitely recommend staying here our whole experience from beginning to end was amazing! Thank you Antun for a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 5 days in July and could not have wished for a nicer apartment. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment which had access to a large shared terrace which caught the sun most of the day. The apartment has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with a beautiful kitchen which provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning, which was free of charge, was available both in the living area and bedroom. We had a lovely bathroom with shower, which provided lovely warm water and was really powerful. Although our apartment wasn't cleaned during our stay, there were more than enough spare towels to last and cleaning equipment is available to wipe down surfaces etc. We were also provided washing up liquid, a scourer and tea towel. We really couldn't fault the apartments or the owner, Antun, who provided a return taxi service to the airport for 20 euros each way. The apartments are at the top of a hill, which we did walk down daily. My husband uses a wheelchair and it was a very steady 15 minute walk. Taxis back are 10 euros, or you can use the very efficient bus service, which stops straight opposite the apartments, for a very reasonable 1.60 euros. There is a small supermarket 2 minutes up the road which was well stocked and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay in Cavtat, which was made even more enjoyable because of the excellent quality of these apartments.

Absolutely amazing host!! We was made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to the time sadly we had to leave to come home. 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in a 1st floor apartment which was immaculate in every sense. It has everything anyone could wish for & it was spotless. We will definitely be returning very soon! Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Thankyou once again!
