It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. This hotel was decent. Had a late check-in, we used their airport service which was convinient. They do not have 24 hour front desk so make sure you advise them if you're checking in late. When we arrived, it was honestly very weird how there were people sleeping on the couches in the lobby. Im not sure if they were guest or employees of the hotel but it was definitely odd. The rooms were very spacious, but the TV and phones were broken. I only stayed here for 2 nights so my expectations were very low. Breakfast was included but drinks for breakfast wasnt which was I find odd as well. All in all it was a good stay. They don't have elevator but their people are all willing to help you with their luggage.
