One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites Official Account

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

I loved that it is very close a Starbucks with an amazing view! It is also near other establishments and it is easy to pickup a ride with just a 1 min walk! However... The energy would sometimes go off, unexpectedly (Fortunately! It wasn't more than 30-45 mins) and I was prepared for an event like this. But, I would have loved that the hot water would not go off, along with the energy malfunction. Overall is a good place for the price!

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Thank you, Trip and Anya Resort.

They gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Basically, you can take the bus to Olivarez and get off and walk to the hotel. There is a mall across the road. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the mall, which is very convenient. In terms of transportation, if you are a self-driving person, the hotel provides parking spaces, but there are not many. We are backpackers and do not drive, but there is a Tricycle gathering next to the Mall opposite, which makes it easy to get in and out. You can also ask the hotel staff to ask Tricycle to pick you up at the door. If you want to return to Manila from Tagaytay, you can basically stop the bus at the door. The hotel staff are very nice, neatly dressed, smiling and polite. The room is small but tidy. Towels are provided, but there are no hair dryers and cups. The hotel is designed with environmental protection and sustainable development in mind. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers must be obtained from the staff. (Of course it is best to bring your own) There is no hot water boiler in the room, but you can refill it freely in the public space. Every corner of the room has environmentally friendly designs, which I really appreciate. There is a cafe on the roof with a nice view, but there will be people singing loudly at night until at least 11pm. You can hear it in the room, it's a bit noisy. We all fell asleep singing.
