Excellent location. Chalets well spread out. Beach a few minutes away almost as an extension of the hotel. Excellent bars & restaurants with good live bands a few minutes away. Would definitely visit again.

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

What a fantastic resort/hotel. The staff were great, food in the restaurants superb with all tastes catered for. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day by the team of Saineth, Sudarshan and Chetan who were so polite and left us most days with bed decorations made from towels including an elephant, two swans that made a love heart and others. Special mention also to Ayush, the acting manager and his staff at the Mama Mia restaurant for his service and politeness.

We had the pleasure of spending three weeks at this lovely hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and we would rate them as 5* plus. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a delight to get to know. The accommodation is mostly on two levels and we were lucky enough to have an upper level room. Once again the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Although rated 5* it was rated 3.5* by TUI. We thought it was a 4* property. The food appeared to have an orientation towards the Indian visitor and this was supported by the numerous curries and very sweet desserts. Having said that there was plenty of choice for the European visitor. The only negative was the absence of any fresh decaffeinated coffee which was the same when we visited North India. Maybe the hotel will rectify this when they carry out later alterations to the dining area facilities. The hotel is set out over many any acres and has direct access to the beach where there are a number of shacks which vi for your business. The hotel grounds are very well laid out and very attractive, and once again all the staff want to communicate with the visitors as they wander through the property. The hotel attracts many wedding events from different religious groups and the events are very colourful and vibrant. Although quite loud the weddings welcome other visitors who wish to stop and engage. As a result of the weddings there can be a large sudden influx of participants who stay for short periods of time. The hotel also allows cooperate events and these can be very loud even though they are held on the lawn area. These we found disturbing. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this hotel so much so that we are returning next year

The first time this hotel and one is always concerned that one has made a good choice. This is especially when it is a two week stay and in a new location. We shouldn’t have worried. Top marks for the staff, food and the property itself. What to say of the staff other than they were both very attentive and competent. Even the trainees at the end of their first season were looking confident. Given the high standard if the team overall it’s probably wrong to pick out those who stand out from our perspective. Here goes! Sate and Flava in the restaurant, Ruby in customer services and Suresh during our garden tour. Do try and do it if you can. The food is consistently excellent delivered buffet style in the main restaurant with lots of choice. There are two supporting restaurants’Mama Mia’ and one other. Vouchers or payment required. There are also beach shacks at the end of the garden very reasonably priced. The property is a very high standard. The rooms are in small villas of different stiles. The extensive gardens are immaculate, constantly attended to by a small contingent of gardeners. I can only hope your experience is as good as ours
