The WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Don't go there, the owner is aggressive and unhelpful, we had 17C in our room, we dealt with it for 4 days, the owner always laughed at us, finally yelled at me for lying (I had my thermometer and even his thermostat showed 14.5C on the floor in the morning). My daughter was completely shocked and cried. Any attempt to correct it was brushed off, saying that we were making it up and that it was our problem that we were cold. Because of this aggression, unwillingness and coldness we left 2 days early, it was impossible. We slept in a sweatshirt and a hat, my husband got sick on the spot, the children started coughing on the day of our early departure. The sauna was 60C The food was rather poor, no Italian cuisine, rather cheap food. Never a piece of fruit for breakfast, a couple of eggs, which were gone right away (for cca 100 ppl). And funny are the ubiquitous signs about what you can and can't do (like at a children's camp at 7 years old), which were translated with the help of a dictionary 30 years ago, often it didn't make sense what was meant... Summing up, for the first time in our life we left there, it was so horrible and it completely destroyed our experience of the whole holiday (the ski area is very nice) The owner doesn't like people and he behaves like that.

We were so satisfied and we plan to visit again. Rooms were smaller with older equipment but it is sufficient. It would be great in our room to change matrases. Cleaning servis of the room (Drita) was great. The cusine was fantastic and tasteful. Servis in the restaurant was wonderful and Mikel was awesome and friendly. The skibus stopped directly nex to the hotel and it is maximum 5 minutes from slopes (andalo). Parking without charge. Thank you very much for all

Elenco prima i lati positivi, poi i negativi. Bella e accogliente la SPA, camera pulita, personale gentile, animatore simpatico. Adesso le note dolenti. Una moltitudine di regole e regoline, scritte ovunque, con divieti vari e minacce di sanzioni. Un bagno minuscolo, con rubinetteria degli anni sessanta. Camera piccola. Cucina mediocre, più da mensa che da ristorante. SPA aperta solo 2 ore al giorno. Proprietario poco empatico. Ci tornerei? No.

Preoccupati da alcune recensioni che descrivevano la struttura come il set di un film horror siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità del soggiorno (3 notti). In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia delle stanze, la cucina, la cordialità del personale, l’ottima spa e l’animazione. Tutto benissimo. Certo la la struttura è datata e paga quindi il dazio del tempo trascorso ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 4 notti e posso dire di essere parzialmente soddisfatto.Personale sempre Gentile e simpatico,molto bravo l'animatore che cercava sempre di coinvolgere i bambini.Anche il centro benessere e la piscina non sono male.La camera è un po' piccola e senza bidet.La posizione è abbastanza vicino alle piste (circa 10 minuti).Grazie

Proprietari e personale molto cordiali e disponibili, tutto super pulito e ordinato. Molto soddisfacente il servizio ristorante e simpaticissima l'animazione interna!! Comodissimo per recarsi sulle vicine piste da sci! Rapporto qualità/prezzo al top! Consigliatissimo!!

Siamo appena tornati, un'esperienza a dir poco meravigliosa, l'hotel confortevole, la camera spaziosa, bagno funzionale, tutto pulitissimo, temperatura perfetta. Cucina ottima e soprattutto tanta gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutti, proprietari, la cameriera Flo che ci ha coccolati dal primo istante, l'animatore Filippo che da solo ha intrattenuto tutti e fatto divertire i bambini con il grande gioco e della sera!

Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici per qualche giorno di relax sulla neve. La camera piccolina, ma pulita e abbastanza calda. Il bagno pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per lavarsi ed asciugarsi. Avevamo una mezza pensione: colazione a buffet con dolce e salato in abbondanza. La macchinetta del caffè eroga un cappuccino un pò annacquato, magari necessita di una manutenzione. Cena con antipasto a buffet prevalentemente di verdure, 2 primi a scelta, 2 secondi a scelta, dessert e frutta. Tutto buono e abbondante. Abbiamo anche usufruito della spa, piccolina ma tenuta molto bene, con sauna finlandese, bagno turco, zona relax. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, un abbraccio a Michela e Filippo super simpatici e professionali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Piste da sci di Andalo facili da raggiungere sia in auto che in bus. Se ne avremo l'occasione ritorneremo. A presto.
