Moved to room on 5th floor because original room was unmade and used. Had small ants all over our stuff when we awoke the next morning, on the FIFTH FLOOR.

Super noisy, housekeeping starts slamming doors at 7 in the morning and yelling to each other. I told front desk and asked if they could avoid slamming doors early mornings but no improvement.

The bed was messed up we did not have no towels to wash myself with in the AC was very noisy

We had a problem with our toilet, was fixed right away. Restaurant was just ok.

Mostly positive
Mostly positive experience. Only exception was one elevator did not work and there was a false fire alarm going off from 3:10 am until about 3:30. Seems like maintenance is slacking on getting things fixed.
Breakfast was inexpensive but its quality showed why.
Fortunately, the more important factors were all very good

Great stay. A+.
The lobby was spotless, the hallways were spotless, my room was spotless. It felt spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, and the bacon was especially delicious.
