Moved to room on 5th floor because original room was unmade and used. Had small ants all over our stuff when we awoke the next morning, on the FIFTH FLOOR.

I suggest that breakfast should be a standard offering, not optional and extra payment.
Bed was comfortable.
Easy access as it is very near to a major road.

Helpful staff
My husband had just had a hip replacement and the staff at the front desk were helful in freezing his icepacks since the fridge in the room did not have a freezer component.

Very Good Choice
Good hotel. Nice location. Near mountains and lots of good choices for dining. Nice equipped room and clean. Staff was courteous.

Not very relaxing in the evening
The room was quiet on the 5th floor. The staff was friendly. The hotel had parties both Fridayand Saturday until 2am with DJs. You couldn’t enjoy anywhere on the first floor because of thumping subwoofer. It was very loud. Even outside seating areas couldn’t be enjoyed because of how loud the music was.

My room was spacious but there were really no perks. All of the soaps and bath products were fastened to the wall making them difficult to access. There were no glasses in the room— only plastic cups for water or other cold beverages.
There were several parties held during my stay. The morning following the parties, trash ( dropped plastic forks and cake crumbs, popped balloons) remained on the floor in the main hallway that takes you to the lobby. Not a very good look for your brand and just a messy appearance that reflects an attitude of not caring.
