Hotels Near Un Jour En France in Cave Creek

This was our first stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale property. We stayed for three nights in a deluxe casita room. I always say that a valet/bellhop staff is so important for first impressions. This team was outstanding and made us feel welcome and appreciated each time we interacted with them. Also, every resort employee was so nice, helpful, and welcoming. The landscape at the resort is beautiful so we enjoyed walking the resort. Our room was really quaint with the Southwest theme and with all the nice FS details. Housekeeping was on point with perfect service. We did some hiking and Concierge provided directions/tips for the Pinnacle Peak trail. We enjoyed spotting all the bunnies. Meals Proof for breakfast - Traditional breakfasts served perfectly. Proof for Dinner - Beet salad, salmon, and short ribs. All delicious. Saguaro Blossom - Shrimp tacos, fries, and a sushi roll were great at the poolside bar. Lobby morning coffee/tea station - This is the nicest setup that I have ever seen at any resort/hotel. We loved our stay, and we’ll definitely return.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

E-Z Check In. not so easy to get into room however. upon opening the door I was trapped between the front door and another door with no lights and had to finagle my way out of there and return to the front desk to figure out how to turn on the lights. the attendant couldn't help but laugh out loud yeah okay it was funny but when I went to insert my key card in the other slot to turn the lights on they also did not tell me I needed to keep it in there so now I was stuck in the room with no lights and had to find my way back in the dark again only to be laughed at again and yes okay it was even funnier.. overall I had a good experience and the staff was nice and friendly. would recommend to anyone

We traveled from New Mexico to Mayo Clinic Hospital Phoenix for major surgery, (spinal fusion) on 02/15/2022 with a surgery date of 02/16/2022. We are experienced Mayo Clinic patients at both the Rochester, MN campus and the Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ Campus.  Due to the nature of the surgery, we booked a room at the Residence Inn on the campus of Mayo Clinic Hospital for a period of 7 days with the possibility of extending as Mayo suggested I stay in the area for a 2-week recovery but could leave early if feeling well enough to make the trip.  We checked into the hotel, brought our luggage in, up to the 6th floor to check out the room. When we checked in at the front desk, we asked about housekeeping, and were informed that the rooms get cleaned once each 7 days and linens are changed. We can leave our trash cans outside of the door and housekeeping would empty them. If we needed additional towels, we could ask for them. (7 day stay, of course we would need clean and additional towels). Since we are both Sr's, and my wife is new to Phoenix and is very hesitant to drive, we went shopping to be prepared for a 7 day stay. We bought groceries and essentials for the recovery. There are no restaurant facilities in the hotel, only a small breakfast area in the morning. Upon returning to the hotel, we found there were no glasses, no cookware, no utensils in the room. My wife went down to the front desk, and they stated they would take care of the issues. About 2 hours later, a staff member knocked on the door and delivered a new set of cookware, as the hotel sent the staff member to the local Target Store to buy the cookware. We were also provided with glasses and utensils.  Up the next morning and checked in at Mayo Hospital at 5:30 AM for surgery. While I was in the hospital undergoing surgery, my wife was back at the room unpacking our clothes for the next week. After opening drawers for the clothes, she found past room guests personal belongings.  This room was never cleaned and cleared properly. She looked under the bed for any additional past guest items and stated the under bed had probably never been cleaned and was filthy.  Same with the general cleaning of the room. The top of the refrigerator had a vast amount of dust and had not been cleaned for a long time. She took the past guest personal belongings down to the front desk and advised of the issues of room cleanliness. Out of Mayo Hospital the next day, 02/16/2022. Mayo nurses rolled me down to the concierge area and called the shuttle to pick me and my wife up. I was in a wheelchair. The shuttle driver did not know how to work the lift in the shuttle for a wheelchair. The nursing staff at Mayo told the driver this was unacceptable, and the hotel needed to provide a driver who knew how to work the lift properly. The hotel sent over the lady who works the breakfast bar to drive the shuttle. She went back to the hotel, and they sent a lady from the front desk (Pam). She was not certain how to

Very nice hotel. Excellent food at the restaurant. Service was great. Pool was nice to hang out at. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t enjoy the freeway/office view so much. For a one year old hotel, I hope they upkeep the hotel to stay looking new in the rooms.

This is on a long, narrow street several minutes' drive from I-17. If you aren't using GPS, pay close attention... there's only a small street sign on 23rd that's easy to miss. Also, the hotel is next to another Marriott: a Residence Inn. Once you get here, though, you'll find a very clean and modern hotel with efficient check-in and great quiet because it's out in the middle of nowhere.

My daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful! She welcomed them home, explained breakfast/coffee for the morning and put them in a room on the first floor, close to a door (shorter distance to lug all those bags!) The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special!
