Well spent time with my family members. Great service from waiters stuff, thanks to Tony and the team. Shoutout to barman Piergiorgio for his roomnumber remembering skills. Great spa and roomservice. Exellent meals and great location to reach the ski resorts. 10 out of 10.

Good location, near Ski bus, 10 minutes walking distance to the small city. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean. The weakest point is food. Breakfast every day the same, dinner quite poor, almost no soups served, very poor selection of cheese in Italy !

This opinion is directly for the skiers. Rooms: We had a room for 2 people, with big bed but conntected with 2 mattresses - it was not comfortable to sleep. However, room was fresh, clean and warm. You have to forget about wi-fi in room and entire object - connection was terrible! Meals: Breakfast… 🤢 scrambled eggs - was just from eggs powder, some bacon, few types of ham and cheese, not very good sausages. In addition, possibilites of making some oa**eal with jogurt and of course Italian sweet delicacy. For people who supposed to have energy on the slopes, breakfast is poor. Snack: 3 kinds of cakes Still the same sandwiches, some prosciutto and old fruits. Mostly leftovers after breakfast. Dinner: For 35 eur per person I would like to eat something tasty, but it was average. (Service Manager does not speak English. This is not a joke - he forgot about our order for dinner and we left half bottle of wine on previus dinner which has disappeard when we wanted to finish it on next dinner. 🤣 Pool: cold water - if you dont complain on reception. Although, they have great steam sauna. Skiroom: All rooms have their own lockers for skiing equipments - great sollution. Skibus: 🤣 when you go to the Pampeago, bus has stop next to the hotel, but when you return to the hotel, bus stop is next to the main road, and you have to go to the hotel about 300 m with your skiing boots🤣

The room was very clean and comfortable, service was very good and food was tasty and with a wide choice of food. Good massage with Rosa and the guide, Maurizio, was very kind and nice, brought us to walk in a beautiful valley and gave us good advice and valuable information. The overall experience was excellent, recommended

Non è possibile trovare un difetto a questa struttura , ci abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane , una sotto Natale e l’ altra a marzo . Ci siamo trovati benissimo : camere ben organizzate e spaziose sempre pulitissime, asciugamani puliti e profumati , vasca idromassaggio in camera grande e comoda , letti spaziosi con materassi di pregio . Personale sempre gentile e disponibile , cibo buono e in grande varietà e quantità , sotto Natale tante belle attività organizzate per grandi e piccini . Piscina interna ed esterna riscaldata sempre pulita e a temperatura ideale , bella anche la Spa ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulle piste ! Non vediamo l’ora di poterci tornare anche perché gode di un panorama stupendo ed è vicinissima a Cavalese , inoltre per tutti i servizi che offre ha un prezzo veramente ottimo anche in alta stagione .

Bardzo rodzinne miejsce, w typowo alpejskim stylu. Wygodne pokoje, cudowny widok na Alpe Cermis. Pyszne kolacje i wystarczający bufet śniadaniowy. Osoby z celiakią otrzymują osobne menu do wyboru kolacji i pieczywo do śniadań. Przyjemna strefa saun i baseny. Niezwykle uprzejma obsługa. Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt i mamy nadzieję jeszcze wracać:-)

Noi trascorriamo molto spesso fine settimana in Trentino e abbiamo provato molte strutture in varie zone. Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana in questa struttura, e devo dire che è un albergo in bellissima posizione, particolarmente curato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il reparto wellness con la splendida piscina e la cucina veramente di alto livello. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, forse si potrebbe curare di più l'angolo della frutta e la merenda pomeridiana (chi arrivava dopo i primi trovava a volte poca scelta) Il personale è particolarmente attento ed educato (i camerieri veramente gentilissimi e cortesi anche e soprattutto con i bambini). Camere pulite e veramente confortevoli con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto alle stanze, devo dire che il materasso non era per nulla comodo, era molle e con una fossa nella parte centrale quindi non abbiamo dormito benissimo, ma per un paio di notti è sopportabile. Assolutamente consigliato

Questo hotel merita davvero 5 stelle per l'ospitalità, il cibo, la pulizia... Sono diversi anni che andiamo in Trentino e credo che sia l'hotel migliore dove abbiamo soggiornato fino ad ora Di solito c'è sempre qualcosa che non va, invece qui abbiamo trovato la perfezione Poi il personale in una struttura credo che faccia davvero la differenza , sono tutti e lo sottolineo sempre disponibili, sorridenti e gentili Il cibo che dire davvero il top ,un buffet molto ricco,così come la frutta sia fresca che secca(arachidi, noci) Non c'è niente da dire ma solo consiglio di continuare cosi,bravissimi davvero
