Well spent time with my family members. Great service from waiters stuff, thanks to Tony and the team. Shoutout to barman Piergiorgio for his roomnumber remembering skills. Great spa and roomservice. Exellent meals and great location to reach the ski resorts. 10 out of 10.

Good location, near Ski bus, 10 minutes walking distance to the small city. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean. The weakest point is food. Breakfast every day the same, dinner quite poor, almost no soups served, very poor selection of cheese in Italy !

This opinion is directly for the skiers. Rooms: We had a room for 2 people, with big bed but conntected with 2 mattresses - it was not comfortable to sleep. However, room was fresh, clean and warm. You have to forget about wi-fi in room and entire object - connection was terrible! Meals: Breakfast… 🤢 scrambled eggs - was just from eggs powder, some bacon, few types of ham and cheese, not very good sausages. In addition, possibilites of making some oatmeal with jogurt and of course Italian sweet delicacy. For people who supposed to have energy on the slopes, breakfast is poor. Snack: 3 kinds of cakes Still the same sandwiches, some prosciutto and old fruits. Mostly leftovers after breakfast. Dinner: For 35 eur per person I would like to eat something tasty, but it was average. (Service Manager does not speak English. This is not a joke - he forgot about our order for dinner and we left half bottle of wine on previus dinner which has disappeard when we wanted to finish it on next dinner. 🤣 Pool: cold water - if you dont complain on reception. Although, they have great steam sauna. Skiroom: All rooms have their own lockers for skiing equipments - great sollution. Skibus: 🤣 when you go to the Pampeago, bus has stop next to the hotel, but when you return to the hotel, bus stop is next to the main road, and you have to go to the hotel about 300 m with your skiing boots🤣

The room was very clean and comfortable, service was very good and food was tasty and with a wide choice of food. Good massage with Rosa and the guide, Maurizio, was very kind and nice, brought us to walk in a beautiful valley and gave us good advice and valuable information. The overall experience was excellent, recommended

Quest’anno per la nostra vacanza invernale abbiamo scelto questo bellissimo albergo. Abbiamo trascorso una intera settimana e purtroppo domani si riparte! Il personale, tutto, nessuno escluso è di una gentilezza che ormai è raro trovare, la cucina ottima e la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni è ineccepibile. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio garage che a nostro avviso ha un costo congruo visto che è un di più ( comunque è presente un grande parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura) . Complimenti e alla prossima :)

L’hotel Lagorai è meraviglioso! Ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza perfetta! È curato in ogni aspetto. Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli con piccoli particolari che rendono il tuo soggiorno davvero senza pensieri (accappatoi, ciabattine e borsa per la spa già in camera), letto confortevole con doppi cuscini e bollitore in camera. La spa, su due piani è bellissima, con vari punti di relax e la piscina esterna con vista sul Cermis è impagabile. Ho avuto modo di provare anche i trattamenti del centro benessere, l’operatrice è stata bravissima e super gentile. Il cibo è stato eccellente e super abbondante, siamo stati coccolati con piatti prelibati e una vastissima scelta di antipasti a buffet. Colazione varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata. Meravigliosa la merenda pomeridiana, una vera coccola dopo una giornata sulle piste (che sono comode da raggiungere grazie ad una rete di skibus perfettamente funzionanti e puntuali). Ma il vero punto di forza dell’hotel è lo staff, gentilissimi e super disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste e con cui è stato piacevole scambiare due chiacchiere. Lo chef Mario, il maitre e il personale di sala, bar, cucina e reception hanno contribuito alla nostra splendida vacanza! Stiamo già organizzando per tornarci in giugno per godere delle bellezze che il territorio ha da offrire in estate!

Siamo tornati in questo hotel per la terza volta e come le altre volte il soggiorno è stato fantastico! Le camere, anche quelle standard, sono spaziose e confortevoli. La spa è fantastica e i pasti ottimi, il personale gentile e disponibile. Veramente una garanzia!

Siamo capitati per dritta di un altra struttura dove si andava spesso e ché in quel momento era full ed ecco a noi sorpresa....piscine pulite,acqua calda,il personale in gamba sempre sul pezzo, davvero.Camera una junior suite calda e accogliente con una vista da favola.Riguardo alla cucina siamo rimasti contenti -antipasto abbondante e variegato al buffet,primio e il secondo - porzioni giuste e buone,il dolce e la frutta al buffet. Bambini -sala giochi e babysitter fino alle 22. La sera musica dal vivo e mentre si cenava, in camera, alla nostra insaputa, e arrivata la befana wow ché sorpresa, nostro figlio e rimasto incantato. torneremo di sicuro.
