A tiny room with vary old facilities, the breakfast was awful, the owners don't speak English. The pictures of the hotel and the rooms in the site are misleading. The old part of the village is vary nice but far from the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel with a smartbox for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner and I must say that we enjoyed it very much. The room was renovated in the painting, linen and part of the furnishings, the bathroom a little small and still to be renovated but everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast satisfied us both in the variety (sweet, savoury, yoghurt, etc.) and in the quantity, perhaps the management of the shifts is a little limiting but on holiday you can adapt, nothing tragic. We found the cuisine really excellent, simple dishes but very well cooked and served in generous quantities (the tagliatelle with game ragout and the really excellent desserts). The managers are very courteous and helpful (for example, for us they printed tickets for the wildlife park with a small but always welcome discount on the entrance fee). We can therefore recommend this establishment.

I stayed two nights in June 2023. Reservation made with Smartbox. Family Atmosphere, Very Nice, Quiet and Relaxing Structure. Kind and attentive staff. Abundant breakfast from sweet to savory, clean room, comfortable bed and top swimming pool which regenerates you after the trip. Very Strategic Location. The sensation is that you feel at home. Very nice experience. The hotel is well organised, lots of greenery around with a swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. The location is strategic for excursions in the area that can be reached quickly (Gardaland 16 minutes, Parco Natura Viva 15 minutes, ..) . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great food. We had dinner with SmartBox of really good first courses. Breakfast ok. To go back.

We had discovered this hotel last year thanks to a Smart box given to us and we enjoyed it so much that we returned again this year. Less than 10 minutes from Gardaland, in this hotel you can breathe an air of serenity and peace. Our room on the ground floor looked directly onto the beautiful swimming pool. Abundant breakfasts (we always chose the sweet breakfast but you could also choose the savory one), and every evening, dinner in the garden, menu with a choice of two first courses and two second courses, very satisfying both in terms of quality and quantity (a note of merit for the focaccias which are personally made by Davide). Hospitality and friendliness from all the staff, always very careful to make you feel at ease in this "family" atmosphere (we celebrated our son's birthday and they served us dessert with a candle on top). In short, we absolutely recommend it, and we don't rule out returning, as they told us before we left, "there's no two without three".

Simple and a little dated hotel but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Strategic position out of the chaos but a stone's throw from Garda, Bardolino, Lazise. We made use of a Smart Box in a standard room: two nights (with air conditioning and TV), a very varied and abundant breakfast, private parking, fast wi-fi, swimming pool, very friendly staff. 4 people stayed in this nice-looking hotel with swimming pool, air conditioning, TV, dated room, sunken mattress, door handle (room 12) not working, the key to 4 also opened 12. Asked for tea at breakfast they brought only infusions and a dirty cup of lipstick changed without apologizing, asked for more bread to spread and replied to say everything to avoid making 2 laps in the kitchen, since we paid the day before they did not even deign to say hello on departure. I think we will never return to this property.
