3 star hotel. Great location. Free parking all round if you can find a space. Lovely view. Place is very worn. Carpet in room looks very old and dirty. Shower is hand held so not great to use. Towels you rent (quite expensive) very thin. Laundry services consist of one washing machine no dryer. Not at all like is advertised. Yes there is an ironing board. Clothes hanger in room but no pegs so no good if windy. Coffee filter no good unless you have filters. Place needs a refurb. WiFi hot and miss. Not high speed at all. Doesn’t connect to devices half the time. Bunk beds awful for an adult. Too small Happy to be leaving. Cauterets has lots going on great hikes and some good restaurants etc.

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel for 6 days perfect location very clean and well maintained rooms quiet at night Great customer service. highly recommend.

This hotel has always been excellent in service, location, vfm and facilities. The staff are great, the lounge and bar are everything you could want and more. Have been coming here for 10+ years and have never had a disappointment.

Fantastic stay. This was an unplanned visit so we were delighted with the 2 studio rooms we got. They were perfect for our needs. The reception staff were really brilliant, as they helped us in many ways, particularly helping us get a taxi to Gavarnie. Highly recommend this place, also very good English spoken by Isabella and other staff.

We stayed for the weekend to ski. The hotel is central to everything and te lift. the rooms are big we had a studio. Small kitchenette, balcony and dining area. You have to pay for towels which i thought was bizarre so brought our own as we were driving. The skiing is good. Beware that the queues to the lift after 3pm can be long. Great stay.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Nuestra habitación era amplia y contaba con un gran balcón con vistas preciosas. La cama súper cómoda !!Además, se puede viajar con perro, lo cual es un gran punto a favor. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento. También hemos utilizado el spa, que funciona con reserva previa. Nos ha encantado porque estuvimos solos, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más relajante. Cuenta con sauna, hammam y un jacuzzi grande, y el acceso es de 50 minutos por 15€ por persona. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable. ¡Repetiremos!

La résidence le lys m 'a volé 48 e, en prétextant des frais d annulation qui s élevaient au montant de la location faite sur Booking.Je précise que j' avais annulé le jour même ds l' heure même et qu ils n' ont donc subit aucun préjudice puisque ils m ont même répondu .Leur hôtel peut être confortable, ils n en restent pas moins malhonnête
