The room is very large and very comfortable... also very clean service. Parking is free. Absolutely enough to use the terrace. Very comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Avignon. It is convenient for the first time because it is not a self-driving Avignon hotel. The price is more than twice that of this house. The room is not so big.

I stayed at the Avignon Grand Hotel with my partner from 12 to 16 September 22 there were however a number of short comings. The first of these was that the room we had been provided with was infested with mosquitoes - we had discovered this in the middle of the night after hearing the typical mosquito sounds and in the morning we had noticed we had numerous mosquito bites on our bodies. I had complained to the hotel front desk, the staff however appeared dismissive, my fundamental point to them was that the room should have been properly disinfected of the insects prior to making it available to customers. Secondly, breakfast in the hotel was of the bare minimum, in terms of hot cooked food , only bacon and scrambled eggs were available, the latter was of poor quality and almost resembled a paste as the eggs were cooked in far too much cream and milk.Cereal, bread, croissants, yogurt and some fruit were also available. No hot water was available in the hotel in the morning of the 16 September 22. Lastly, all the TV channels were in French, not even one channel was available in English. We had booked this hotel on the understanding it was of 4 stars, given however the shortcomings above together with the standard and quality that were below customer expectations it is difficult to see how the 4 star rating and price being charged was justified.

Straight off the autoroute and you are in a commercial zone that could be anywhere. What's nice about this gated hotel is that it has little touches of Provence in the outside seating areas, complete with water features. There was plenty of free parking on site, and though there is a surcharge to use the leisure facility (small swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room), it was great to have this option available to us after a long drive. The restaurant was closed during our stay (Covid times) but there seemed to be plenty of options in the area and 15 mins from Avignon. The rooms are motel-like and a bit like containers, so although we couldn't really hear noise from the road, we could hear the loud voices and TVs till 3am, though the hotel did their best to ask people to be quiet. All in all, if you are looking for somewhere just off the motorway, and don't mind the lack of character, then this place is fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

Les photos de correspondent pas aux chambres, en tout cas en ce qui concerne celle avec mezzanine. Ça a l'air suffisamment spacieux pour les enfants en réalité c'est minuscule, faire pipi, se rincer les pieds et se laver les dents en même temps c'est possible chez B&b ! Toutefois, pour un séjour ultra court, la chambre fait le job. La chambre était propre hormis une serviette avec des traces marrons plutôt suspecte... Le petit déjeuné n'offre que peu de choix, surtout à 9h. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyés entre les clients, c'est sale. Les couverts sont jetable, au regard de la propreté du lieu ça m'arrange mais écologiquement, bof ! C'est pas la cata mais on ne reviendra clairement pas sur un B&b.
